DeSano Pizza Bakery — Restaurant in Florida

I really only like leaving good reviews for places but this place is horrible. I was ordering for myself and a family member who can’t have dairy. They are very allergic. The people making the pizza look miserable and like they hate their job. I asked the cashier for a pizza with veggies but no cheese and she looked at me, laughed and said “No”. So I asked her you can’t make a pizza and just not put cheese on it? Just sauce and veggies? And she laughed again and said “No”. I couldn’t believe how nasty her tone was with me. I’m not a mean or rude person. I just said it’s ok, we won’t order. As we walked away I heard her telling one of her coworkers what I asked for like I was an idiot but I heard her making fun of me. If there is a reason they can’t omit cheese I would’ve been totally fine with her saying I’m sorry we can’t do that. I’m sorry she hates her job so much and she’s such an unhappy person. You have a great product. You have nasty people providing customer service. Your people at fr. Lauderdale airport are very rude. When I asked a simple question on what ie if the ingredients was, as I did not want olives, the lady looked at me like I was not even there. It was the old man who answered. I had my wife with me and the wheel chair man was ready. I smoly asked how long will it take to make the pizza and the young lady hesitated to answer me. As a fellow business owner , I can tell you, you are making money, but two patrons walked off because of your poor customer service service. You need to send the entire crew back through customer service training. I travel through here a lot, i will NEVER patronize...

I stood at pizza count for about 8 minutes and then 2 people formed a line behind us and still no one said anything then one person asked us this where we order since no one would even acknowledge us. Then they say the line is down at the end. So we at the end and then 2 people who knew where to order from walked right up and ordered!!!! Wow so we still were not in the correct place to order. What the hell. They had no one there so why couldn’t they say u can come here to order or get a dam sign!!!!
