It was my first time purchasing from here but Iāve tasted the quesadilla before from friends who have shared some with me. But my experience was not good. First the cashiers arenāt friendly Second when my quesadilla was being made, the cook grabbed my tortilla and the shredded cheese with his ungloved hands then he put the gloves on to grab the chicken. I wasnāt sure if he was preparing my order so I asked the person waiting behind me if they ordered a quesadilla. They said no so then I realized it was my order. I went up to the counter and asked for any one of the 3 girls standing around chatting to come closer so that I can let them know without having to embarrass anyone but they decided to stay far from the counter and address them from there (not quite good customer service). I told them what I saw the cool do with my order and requested a redo on my order. They told the cook who looked a bit confused as if he didnāt do what I saw him do but then he redid my order. I guess he was a bit bothered by being called out and didnāt add much chicken in my quesadilla which I believe that my order should not have to suffer from his UNHEALTHY habits. It makes you wonder if this is a normal practice that perhaps the health department should investigate. I donāt believe I would return to this location but Iām sure to share this with friends who enjoy ordering from here to keep an eye on their order. But the food is usually tasty when not manhandled by ungloved employees unless thatās one of the reasons...

In the mood for some steak tacos, wanted to go to the place in concourse A but I couldnāt figure out how to get over there so I decided to try this place since it was closer to my gate. I get there and itās a pile of people waiting for their food. The people in the kitchen looked a little too relaxed and was having casual conversation while there is a pile of people waiting on their food. There were 2 ladies at the cash register, the one with the blond short cut hair seemed like she was helping people she wanted to help instead of helping the next guest until the other lady hopped on the line to help them with the orders that were backed up. As the lady with the blond short hair cut was taking orders she was making rude faces at people and just look unpleasant in general. When I finally got my food it looked slopped together and didnāt have any sauce. And they didnāt even bother to ask me if I wanted any. I ordered a sald and a bottle of water to be treated with abuse and belittlement I still do not understand what I did to her to deserve the type of disrespectful attitude, eye flips and threatening looks and throwing my food at me even with all that trying to take the higher road and tell her in a nice way hey I want you to have a nice day and told me to shut up. This is fantastical,i remain shocked. From the looks of the other comments this is falling on leaderships death ears, this airport holds a high standard on their business and keep their image squeaky clean how can Zona Fresca hire someone so rude, spiteful, and disrespectful and probably violent to say the least to work with food people actually eat, Zona Fresca you have to do better, you have a standard to keep, it's not just a franchise but a brand....
