Warning: Do NOT trust this store with returns from Online purchases.
Poorly trained cashiers incapable of performing simple, basic online returns.
First cashier wasted time and tried to scan the sku despite knowing this new release model has NEVER been stocked in the store and she seemed surprised that a shoe that had NEVER been assigned to the store was NOT in the store inventory. She kept trying to return them as if they were a pair bought in-store and only after I told her for the fourth time she HAD to use the return bar code generated by the app like I had explained, did she understand that I was correct.
The second return was even worse as she couldn't figure out how to return my payment to the original payment method and ended up having to ask a co-worker for help. After a painful 10 minutes of trying to understand (a simple POS) and ultimately failing, they kept insisting on refunding me the only way they knew how, which ultimately wasted my time as I did NOT want multiple gift cards instead of simply returning my money to the original payment method.
I ended up dropping the return off at UPS which will result in a proper refund and given the level of incompetence at the Foley store, the 1-2 weeks it will take to process will still be faster than waiting for those two ignorant cashiers to learn how to properly do their jobs.
Message to Corp: train your staff and make sure they understand basic POS commands and functions before letting them...
Read moreI reached out to this location asking about a product launch and the "athlete" that answered the phone was not in the mood for customer service today. He proceeded to give his name mumbling out something that sounded like "Jim" and when I introduced myself and explained why I was calling he decided to answer with "I said my name is Dee". I felt bad and apologized and proceeded to ask again. Of course "Jim/Dee" responded in one of those why are you still talking tones and told me we don't do that and we can't help. I thanked him for his rudeness and proceeded to contact another location. So for those looking to call/attend the Nike Factory outlet store in Foley make sure to ask for "Jim/Dee", I am sure he would love to speak with you about how you are interrupting his daily routine of not helping customers. Thanks "Jim/Dee" for making my...
Read moreIn the world of online shopping I still enjoy a good brick and mortar shop. Especially when it comes to clothes. The Nike Factory store has a good selection of Nike brand shoes and clothing, and a place to try it on in case your physique has changed some recently. Humor there. My only issue with the store is the "music". It's way to loud! My 9 year old daughter even said it was to loud. It actually made talking to my family and the assistants difficult. Other than that the staff was helpful and the store was clean. They offer to sign you up for a Nike account. It's not a credit card. Just a way to track you purchases and see products. Good idea to me. Especially if you want to remember the exact product you purchased last. This place is in an outlet also. Plenty of other shopping there. An outdoor play area for kids is located at the...
