Love SOME STAFF. Some not so much, due to them charging your card for unauthorized tips. And at different times each rep that checks you out charges a different amount for the processing fee or card fee. Great place great selection most of the staff with the exception of a few are trustworthy, friendly & helpful, but personally from this point forward I will only, ONLY take cash when dealing with this dispensary the card fee charge is too inconsistent for me it's theft when they charge you a tip without authorization , service fee charges AND ATM transaction fee. They can sole this by using a payment portal like SQUARE and don't tell you that until you see it on your card. So when you use your debit card they charge you a fee for using your debit card they process it like an ATM charge so you also get additional fee of $2.50 or higher depending on your bank so they run your card but it comes out like you stuck your card into an ATM it will not show up on your receipt your card charge and your receipt charge will be two different things. You know, normally this place gives me five star vibes when I go here, but today, august first twenty twenty five, george, one of the receptionists, and sometimes he's a budtender as well. Well, he was very rude today. You know, with noise going on and how loud the building is. Sometimes you may mishear something that was said, so I come in and I let him know that I have an online order, okay? And I thought, I heard online is inside, so I proceed to walk. Well of course i Stopped because I heard him say whoa, whoa whoa. And then he's like, you don't go in until I check you in im telling yall in the rudest manner I was like. It's okay, he's like, no, no, it's not. I said whoa it's not like that bro. He lets me know Yes, it is. sometimes It happens I misheard him and I wasn't rude back and I did exactly what he wanted, so calm down your customer service, George, sucked, today, get it together, bro. Pros and cons

Pro: the budtenders are super cool and chill. They know their shit

Cons: prices are super bad. Only reason I gave it 3 stars. I come from Oakland, and got a diamond infused claybourne 5 pack mini, it’s about 31 out the door, here was like 48. For heavy hitter infused pre roll, they go for about 52, here it’s like 80!

Either this dispensary has horrible prices, or it’s the tax rates but it’s not good by any means.

My bud tender was Andrew, he’s great. Again, 3 stars is solely because of the high prices.

Update: went back a few days later, cause I like to smoke. Anyways I went and they had some 30% off coupons on my profile. I asked why, the rep (super helpful guy, black hair, glasses, and some nicely done nails) didn’t know why. I assume it’s my review I left with the bad prices. Anyways, with that coupon, everything here is a solid price! I will easily pay for products that are priced good and competitive across the state. Will be back later today as well.
