I want to start with saying Jacob was just awesome. Online customer service assured me that that if I ordered a 7.5 online I would get a 7.5 Womens. I have encountered this issue before from other retailers so I wanted to confirm. Some retailers advertise Van's shoes as women's but the sizes are men's.

When I showed up at the store for a curbside pick up order he conformed over the phone that it was a 7.5 mens.

Before I could even get upset he proposed several solutions. He checked with the Rialto location and conformed that they had the size I needed. Be took care of it all and brought out my receipt. Gave me clear instructions on what to do.

We're fans of this place. I like shopping here for my lil ones shoes. The place is exceptionally clean organized and usually they are helpful. Except this time I went the person who helped us wasn't knowledgeable or trying to be either. Perhaps she was new I don't know. Whatever the case I thought they would have those measuring scales to measure my son's growing foot. Instead what they had were these stickers on the floor that measured but it didn't seem accurate. This location has employees that act as if they are MISERABLE.. They had a sale saying 2 pairs for 89.99 but it was extremely limited shoes. This location had children unattended just playing with the shoes. My husband asked a worker if he could get help with getting a pair down from the top and the worker replied we dont have that one up there everything is right here so if you don't see the size here we don't have it. He saw the shoe in the size he wanted on the top and tried to show the guy and nope... we will not return to this location. Lost a...
