Ford City Memorial Park — Attraction in Ford City

If you're a Pokemon Go! Player like I am, Ford City Memorial is a hot spot for gyms and pokestops! Actually all along the trail is as well ☺ I really enjoy coming through here on hot day, the park is so beautiful! Its very well maintained, plenty of picnic style tables and a big gazebo that is perfect for weddings or any kind of celebrations! At night, the park is lit up and takes on whole new feel. In the winter, especially if it has snowed, walking through the park is almost surreal. It reminds me of a lifetime movie lol. If your ever here during one of Ford City's festivals, this park is full of vendors, food and art and games....something for everyone! The faces carved in the old trees give it sorry of a fantasy feeling. Hands down my favorite place to sit...

Very peaceful environment with very tall shade canopy and well manicured grounds. The walkways are a mix of concrete and pavement lined with sidewalk lamps. The gazebo is a relaxing addition as well. The park is host to numerous events throughout the year featuring food trucks on first Fridays, movies in the park Saturday evenings, and occasional live music. Great spot for alone time or entertainment depending...

This is a maintained park near the town center. It's good for walking with shaded paths that cross throughout the park in many directions, but there really aren't any other amenities. Come for a picnic, to read a book, study, or do work. Maybe a good place to host a birthday, but you'll need to bring your own...
