Subway — Restaurant in Manor Township

Up until today , I've always had exemplary service at the Ford City Subway location! Today at around 3:30 pm June 2nd was totally different. I'm not sure of the employee's name but she was short and wore glasses. I had made a request for her to cut tomatoes into smaller pieces for my protein bowl and she totally ignored me until I asked a second time and she said they don't do that. It was never a problem with any of the other employees. I will add that I patronize this store frequently and never had an issue before. Continueing, I had to ask for more onions as she literally only put 4 small pieces in the bowl. When she was ringing me out I asked for croutons and she again ignored me. After placing the bowl in the bag, I again asked for croutons and she then told me that croutons don't come with the protein bowls, only salads.

I will continue to go to this store but if she's behind the counter I won't ...

I literally just walked out. I'm not unreasonable. I sat down even to wait for the girl to finish the customer ahead of me. The other girl came out and started working on an online order. Still just waiting. Both these girls move at the speed of molasses but I still just waited. It was when they started arguing about who would help me vs. Who would clean that I was done. I would rather not eat than be pushed off like that. When I decided to leave a review I found a 5 star review I had left them 5 years ago. Definitely not 5 star service now.

And BTW there is a whole legal issue involved in doing any work off the clock, you probably shouldn't discuss stuff like that in front...
