Pegasus Pizzazz Crystals and Mystical Boutique — Attraction in Forest Lake

I was in your store today to purchase a pandulum and a crystal necklace. The cashier was working with a customer whom had purchased many dozens of small crystals. I was happy to wait in line to complete my purchase until it had reached the 45 minute wait time, I ended up putting my 2 item purchase back and leaving your store. I feel the customer service was awful as the person at the register could have simply asked the other customer if she could ring up my purchase quickly to avoid my long wait. It’s just a suggestion, but I feel the customer service was off today. After leaving you this review you suggested that I left your store and stole a pendulum and crystal necklace. How incredibly tacky is that? I replied to you and told you where to find them, and then I get this reply from you

If you want to get scammed out of your money, this is the store for you! Taking people's hard earned money for a "clairvoyant" is disgusting. Telling a little old lady who just lost her husband to "live in the moment" is disgusting and predatory to senior citizens. It's simply stunning to me that crystal healing is considered pseudo science, yet here are store owners touting the "healing" properties of rocks. Have been visiting Pegasus for a while now. Great little shop if you love natural stones and crystals, 🔮 tarot cards, stone jewelry, some herbs, and other fun stuff. The owner is great. Always very friendly. She always tries to get new things in the shop, like the lovely air plants in natural stones that I have pictured.
