As a child I would always go to this beach and it was very lovely because it was well kept. In recent years however it has fallen into Decline and disrepair. The only thing that it has going for it is the location, it has restaurants very accessible to it and it's a very good place for boating. However if you wish to go swimming and you are an adult the depth in which is the furthest you are allowed to go is not even close enough to wear a 6-ft man or woman could be able to swim in it only a small child would be able to swim in the deep end. The park has open restrooms and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the lake.
Due to the location of the park on the lake this is a wonderful Park to view a sunset as the lake is lit up in front of you and the colors constantly change with the sky during sunset.
The park is cleaned daily.
