Club Tico — Attraction in Fort Collins

Although the venue was nice I was disappointed in the service. We booked a wedding a year ago. After that the decided to change the rules and require us to hire security guards for a wedding of 30year old people with 180 people this was not necessary nor was it necessary to check the IDsof all our guests including a 90 year old women in a wheelchair also ridiculous.. Also we were told we could not. Get in the venue till noon to decorate we rented linens from the venue when we got there they were not on the tables. We had to do most of them ourselves then several were not clean the chairs were dirty we had several round tables but the only had table clothes for square tables so of course they did not fit. Also they were not very helpful when we asked questions. I think it could be a great venue if they work on Customer service and get rid of stupid regulations. Hope you all decide to make changes...

Recently had our 170 person wedding here. It was affordable, and your able to create the space you want with a gorgeous mid century modern backdrop. The staff were amazing to work with. The bathrooms are big and newer and clean. The kitchen/bar area is nice. There is a nice deck attached on the back. Lauren was amazing from start to finish.
