⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Experience Thanks to Dylan at La Casita
I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience with Dylan at La Casita, I felt compelled to take the time and share just how outstanding the service was. From the moment I walked in, Dylan made me feel welcome, valued, and genuinely taken care of—something that’s all too rare in the service industry these days.
First off, his hospitality was top-notch. Dylan greeted every customer with a warm smile and natural enthusiasm that instantly elevated the mood. He wasn’t just “doing his job”—he was clearly enjoying it, and that energy was contagious. He handled a busy lunch rush with incredible grace, managing multiple tasks at once without ever seeming rushed or flustered. You could tell he cared about the experience each person was having.
When it came to knowledge of the menu, Dylan was on point. I had a few questions about the green chile (as one should at La Casita!), and not only did he explain the differences between mild and hot in a really clear way, he also gave a personal recommendation that turned out to be spot on. You could tell he knew the food well and had a genuine passion for it.
What really impressed me was Dylan’s attention to detail and customer focus. I have a minor food sensitivity, and he was proactive in double-checking that my order was made correctly in the kitchen. I didn’t even have to ask—he remembered from an earlier comment I made in passing. That level of attentiveness really stood out and made the experience feel personal.
The food, of course, was amazing—La Casita always delivers when it comes to bold New Mexican flavors, fresh ingredients, and generous portions—but I have to be honest: it was Dylan who turned a great meal into a memorable visit. In fact, I saw him interact with several other customers in the same thoughtful, friendly way. He greeted a few by name, asked others about their day, and even gave a quick shoutout to a kid wearing a soccer jersey. He brings a level of community and connection that’s hard to find.
If you’re considering dining at La Casita, do yourself a favor and go when Dylan is working. He’s a true asset to the team—professional, kind, knowledgeable, and just the kind of person you want representing a place as iconic and beloved as La Casita. Employees like Dylan are the reason customers keep coming back—not just for the food, but for the experience.

Read moreI stopped by to check out the new Mexican restaurant where Lupitas once was, off of Mulberry.... La Casita. I grabbed a to-go breakfast burrito and munched on it a bit in the car before driving off.....at least that was my plan. Let me tell you, I did not get far. I started eating that burrito and couldn't stop. I could not drive away because I could not put the burrito down. It was so good that I went back into the restaurant to tell them that it was the best breakfast burrito that I had ever had! It puts Consuelo's to shame. The portion is huge, the price is small, the flavor is delightful, and even the bacon was super crispy just like they said. In my opinion it's the best breakfast burrito in town. If you're in Fort Collins or even in Loveland I say make the drive and get over here pronto. You certainly will...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I absolutely LOVED this place!!!! Dylan was the greatest server, truly invested in us having an amazing experience while dining here. We even watched him handle a difficult customer with grace and patience. We had the crispy chili rellenos and it was sooooo cheesy and yummy! But their pork Chile Verde knocked me out of my chair!! It was absolutely delicious and satisfying! We also had fried ice cream and corn tamales that were so impressive and perfect to knock out our sweets craving. We spent about $50 for two plates, plus chili rellenos, and 2 desserts, very easy on the wallet and...
