I flew in from out of state to visit family and friends. I had a couple watches that needed some repairs, and my man Derek didn't hesitate at all to help me out with both of them. While Derek was doing his thing on the jewelers bench, Isabella showed me some beautiful rings and while doing so, she let me take my time and made me feel very comfortable. We originally bought a ring from Wal-mart, on the condition we could bring it back for re-sizing. On our way to resize the ring, we called, and Wal-mart was "not able to resize", so we called Kay Jewelers in Ft. Dodge, and they were willing to measure and resize the ring from Wal-mart. I can’t speak for the jewelry there as I came in for a simple watch battery replacement. The two female employees that were working were very kind and helpful. The employee that changed the battery was up front with me that she did not have the proper equipment to reseal the water resistant seal completely. I was ok with this.
