We’ve been here twice and will come back occasionally. It’s the only place we’ve found in the area who does rolled ice cream and it’s pretty impressive how they make all their shakes, slushees, and items look extra special and cool. We haven’t tried their food items yet, but they have a wide array of hot Cheetos covered items and other “tik tok” trendy items along those lines. Our only complaint is that there are no prices listed on anything and you don’t know what you’re being charged until you order and get the total. It’s a very unique, cool place, but just know going in that it’s not going to be cheap. We ordered a banana rolled ice cream cup and a strawberry slushee and it was right around $20. In bigger cities and nicer areas, the prices for rolled ice cream are pretty comparable we’ve found while traveling, but in in this area, we were caught a little off guard. With that said, we’ll be back. Just know going in, you’re gonna spend about $10 per item you order. Cool spot, though, and a nice treat. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but the inside is...
Read moreAwful service. They need new management or a process or something. My girlfriend and I ordered 2 of the exact same thing. I get my shake in like 4-5 minutes, but they just hand me one. We didn’t get her shake until 30-40 minutes later. I watched them and they like make everything in batches. So if you order something chocolate, and everyone is ordering fruit stuff they make the fruit stuff first until there is more chocolate stuff to make. That’s why it took so long to get one more of the exact same thing they already made. We were order 14, and they were on order 25 before we got our other shake. Really awful, and painfully slow process. Plus all the workers were standing around gossiping while the place was packed with people waiting on the stuff they paid for. I’ve never been in management my entire life and I saw 10 ways to do it better. I’ll just go to Braums. Doesn’t take an hour to get two shakes...
Read moreSkip the fried ice cream!! All items are similar priced at $6.58 each, however, the fried ice cream is a very small cup of ice cream with the same big price tag. My girls got the fried ice cream. I got a bubble waffle cone. The amounts were hugely different. They sat there after emptying their little cups, watching me as I enjoyed a huge double scoop waffle cone with toppings. The shakes are big too. Fried ice cream is just a cup of cream with a snack sized candy bar chopped into it that is made in front of the window. It's hype is the name. Go for a shakes or waffle cones or you will leave wishing you had ordered the biggies. Overall nice experience. Clorox wipes are on every table so YOU can wipe down the tables (& yourself..lol) if they...
