Pretty park, great for country running, or distance runners looking for variable terrain, big open spa e with nice grass, would be good for pickup football or soccer (provide your own goals/enzone markers). Nice for a picnic, but fyi there is no play equipment/structures/furniture that I saw.....one port a pody, so plan accordingly!

Nice and secluded area, an awesome, free place to go shoot your bow in the city. Remember to bring your own target if you are shooting a compound bow!

Great, big open park perfect for tossing the ball around, dog walks & sledding in the winter!

Doesn't get better than Solomon.

Heck, ask anybody.

What makes Solomon great is it's beauty.

Ol' Grateful against a pale blue? It's nothing to Solomon.

Solomon

Solomon breathes as any,

Stretches with no tension,

Rests with no envy,

Alert as any.

Can you understand beauty as from which it expands from beneath the cosmos? As from which it expands from deep within the cosmos within?

Without losing focus, realize that which Solomon is and has granted us.

Peace beneath the leaves.

I grew up two blocks away from Solomon. I remember when it was the "airport property" (as my parents referred to it) and it was fenced off. Inaccessible. I remember the first say Solomon opened as a park. There was still a gate around it, but there was now a few door openings in that gate. Michael and I met at the summit of the lowly hill. I'm not lying when I say that I spent some beautiful times there, times that were important. "Important." As it were.

I love this park to death. Hopefully another soul will feel some of the things I felt on that blank canvas of green grass that stretches as far as the eye can see. And by "as far as the eye can see" I mean about 2 long blocks by 3 short blocks.

or...

Doing it now an entire year of our family and our lives is not the best way for me in this country now and then we have a great day to go back and look for a little bit more time with this one too much to be honest I like the idea that will help me get the best of the time and I have a great experience for my basement and my right not t to do the math and the way it is not a problem on the back side and get a lot more than a pedal EQ in a while back from a few years the same thing at a local pizza place in Amsterdam where I need a cup if I have to do the math in the next two days ago...

Interesting area. There is a boggy marsh that is explorable. There are three rolling hills that are good for light sledding in the winter or resistance running in the summer. The archery area is out of the way and could be useful for the right people. The playing field and lower areas can stay wet/muddy much longer than the surrounding parks making it tough to use this...
