There is much to love about this farm, but I think my favorite is the microgreens that appear on my doorstep every two weeks. I adore the convenience and ease! Sourcing local foods can be challenging. These folks make it so easy!!!! I’ve been getting regular delivery of microgreens for the past six months (since April 2023). The quality of the fresh product is high and many of the different micros last 2wks+ in the fridge. That’s only in the rare occasion that we don’t eat them first! There is a wide variety of greens available to keep things fresh and new. And the hospitality is spot on. Transparency and communication is important to these folks and they make being a customer so dang easy.
