Tucked inside the left side of OUTPOST 36, The Market at Outpost has the BEST CUTS of meat you will ever see. Chef Dwight once again outdid himself along with Trevor and Jordan. All of the cuts come from Chef Dwight’s family ranch so the grass fed quality and incredible price points are hard to pass up. We’ve already been completely blown away by the F1 Wagyu Ribeye, Flat Iron Steaks and hamburger!!! Jordan the butcher was extremely knowledgeable and educated us on each cut they had available. If time allows, he will vacuum seal anything you buy. Again, the price points were toooooo good to pass up and we bought up as much as we could. See the pics for the great cuts. Absolutely enjoyed my experience here at Outpost Butcher shop. I got to speak with Jordan and it was an absolute pleasure.

I will start off first by saying the selection isn’t huge, but what they offer is top notch quality and at an affordable market price for what you are getting. I picked up an American wagyu ribeye (incredible marbling) angus ribeye and an American wagyu top sirloin for my wife.
