I’ve been through 3 states looking for quality turquoise and I think this is the best place for reasonable priced jewelry. Owner is knowledgeable and wasn’t trying to scam you. The person who complained probably doesn’t have a good understanding of turquoise to know that when you stabilize turquoise it does darken it. And as for silver you need to look for the 925 stamp if you want pure silver. Frankly I get real tired of polishing silver so nickel silver keeps its shine longer.
