I visited this store today while not wearing a mask. The sign on the door said “masks appreciated” so my daughter and I did not wear one in the store. I found a wonderful pair of earrings to buy, but the woman who worked there greeted me with “get away from me” and then preceded to tell me she was an at risk senior citizen. All while causing a major scene she then decided to mask shame us. Needless to say I did not make a purchase and walked out of the store. This woman is clearly frightened and I feel for her but if it is that important she should have had her sign read that masks were mandatory. I spent over 100.00 and she shoved my bag as opposed to handing it to me to say thank you. When I moved the earrings, I was purchasing by the register and continued to look, she asked where the earrings were.
