Leaving this review because me and my family had a bad experience... one of the employees named Addie or Addy treated us really badly, she yelled at us while we were waiting for someone to come help us for the bumper boats. After we purchased our tickets, we waited patiently for one of the staff but the place was basically empty, when she did come she was rude and had a bad attitude, yelling at us because apparently we were waiting in the wrong area as we waited for anyone to come and give us direction... but because there was no one around, we had no idea where we were supposed to be waiting. After our time in the bumper boats were up, it seemed like she was having difficulty holding the boats steady while she was trying to get them secured to the side. My mom and aunt attempted to hold the rail to keep the boats from drifting, but were again yelled at as she seemed to struggle. We are adults and we know how to behave, and once I asked for her name and where can I complain because she was being really rude to us, and just said I would leave a review along with the photos that I was taking of my family that had her in some as we were just trying to leave the area at that point, then she then changed her voice for a softer and sweet tone. Then the supervisor came looking flustered asking what the issue was and after we told him he apologized while trying to defend her actions saying that she was under age ( 14 years old ) and that she was the only girl and that she was under a lot of stress when there was only a few people there at that point. Stress?! When the Park was empty?! We saw all the employees having fun at the back of the office as they were not busy! The supervisor refunded us. I understand that she is 14, but I don't think that's an excuse to treat the people who come to have a fun experience with disrespect... As I was upset and I was also now with an attitude at her... I said to the supervisor that I wouldn't post any pic with her in our pics IF she apologize to us. Of course she didn't so the supervisor wanted to call the owner,Ā  but I didn't feel like dealing with it anymore as me and my family headed back to our cars angry. Unfortunately I had to use the restroom before we left and when I finished the supervisor walked by with an attitude as we were the ones doing something wrong, and he said... "after you are finished using the restroom facilities... you may leave" AS IF we needed to have his permition when we were clearly already on our way out? we askedĀ  for his name and he just ignored us and kept walking. Like wow really??? All this because we were apparently waiting in the wrong area. This is our first time in Estes Park and we were trying to have some fun after my uncle passed away, we were trying to get distracted from our grief, but this happened. We hope that we get the chance to return to Estes Park one day because its absolutely beautiful. However, we will steer clear off this place because of how rude and disrespectful my family were treated and why I am writing this review. To the owner: Please train your Managers to hire people who are more guest friendly( POLITE ). We were just waiting, and we didn't deserve to be treated like that, we came to have fun and take our minds off the death of a loved one by escaping to the Mountains for a day, Instead this was our last experience while visiting Estes Park. I don't recommend this place. Update: I sent an email to the owner, and he was also RUDE. He didn't apologize and he said oĆr safety is first. So, our safety is first while you're being treated like garbage. What a great politik pf this place. PLEASE, DO NOT SUPPORT PLACES THAT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS!

Really disappointed. If you change your policies, then please update them online. I spent the time researching this place; checked my kids height requirements and ages before we came. We were going to buy the $150 freedom pass online before we got here so we could do the go karts & bumper boats several times. Thankfully I did not. Apparently my 3.5 year old cannot do the go karts despite the website & ticket purchase page advertising otherwise. They said that he had to be 4 years old. That’s not what it says online (per below). He & my 5 year old were absolutely devastated because I told them that this was our ā€œfun surpriseā€ place for the day. We spent 5 mins on bumper boats then left with a crying kid. Gave 2 stars instead of one because they did love the bumper boats. Buyer beware. Age requirements etc on website are not accurate. I’d call before you visit.

I’ve been visiting Estes Park since I was young and Ride a Kart has always been one of my favorite memories growing up and I was lucky enough to bring my own kids here this summer. That absolutely loved ever minute of their visits to this fantastic amusement park. The new race karts are amazing and not the loud karts you would see anywhere else, which also makes them perfect for children with any sensory issues. The track has a Mario Kart type feel with coins and power ups you can ears as you drive. The bumper boats and bumper cars are easy to maneuver for even young kids and were a hit with mine. We played the mountain course of the putt-putt (you get to choose from two 18 hole options. We also had to take the classic train ride that has always been here. If you or anyone you know of coming to Estes, this is definitely worth visiting!

we always drive by this place coming from Laramie WY and have never checked it out for some reason and called yesterday to give it a try and got a guy named Gary who was super rude. I get it that this virus is causing some issues for everyone and we are all going through it but its like he was taking his anger out on me. Was just trying to ask him some questions and he blew up on me saying that its all ridiculous and that he didn't want to listen to the state or something like that and I understood and just wanted to see what we could do there. I tried to ask him if he knew when the national park opened up and thats when he yelled at me saying "I have no idea, I don't have anything to do with that. thats none of my business what they do." I understand it a little bit but he didn't need to take his frustrations out on me. So I called Fun City since thats where we normally go and they were very nice and professional and knew a lot about what was going on and told us when the national park was opening. After taking my business back to Fun City, they also gave me a great recommendation for New York style pizza that blew me away. I will be going to Fun City every year we go now with some amazing pizza from Antonios. Definitely will be avoiding the angry people at...

Such a lovely experience visiting Ride-A-Kart in Estes Park this week, we visited twice! There was an abundance of activities on offer to maximise excitement throughout the day. Go Karts, batting cages, bumper carts & boats, trampolining & arcade games, every age group is catered for.

We enjoyed the 2 mini golf courses with delicious local beers, legally drinkin’ & drivin’ soaking up the scenic views, it was definitely foreo’clock somewhere! There is a new indoor golf set-up which is perfect to hang out with some buddies & stay out of the woods.

Really cool establishment which is family run by Kelly & Andrew; a dream team making it happen! Make sure to check out Ride-A-Kart when you next visit Estes Park. We absolutely loved the value for money deals & family friendly atmosphere! Number 1 place for day time activities in Estes Park, look forward to visiting again next time!

Thank you & see you next time,...
