Master Rooter Plumbing — Attraction in Four Corners States

My husband and I picked Master Rooter to replace the main sewer line in our house.

Master Rooter is definetly more expensive than others but they assured us they finish every job efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction and I was ok paying a lot more knowing they wouldn't destroy my lawn in the process.

What actually happened was much worse than some dead grass. After installing the sewer line, they reconnected the sprinkler lines and they buried the trench they created. Within a week the trench caved in and broke our sprinler line.

About two weeks went by before they showed up. When they showed up however, they came to fill the trench with more dirt, leaving my broken sprinkler line even less accesssible.

A few days after that they sent a crew out to fix the sprinkler line. I met the crew outside of my house and they said they were looking over what parts needed to be bought for the sprinkler line to be fixed and that they would go to Home Depot for the parts they needed and would soon return. They left and never came back.

Now as we try to get ahold of them we are having no luck from them to help us even though they give a 5 year warranty on their work and it hasn't been more than a few weeks and we have had several problems already.

We might go the Better Business Bureau route but we see that they had their BBB accreditation removed last year for exactly this reason. They weren't able to complete the job to the customer's satisfaction and refused to help their own customers in good faith. Stay away from these people!!!!

To everyone who will be reading this review keep in mind it is 100% your choice if you wish to use this company. Although i cant tell you not to use this company but i can share many of past jobs that master rooter has done for many different apartment properties all throughout the denver metro areas in the past thats right every single property which has used these scam artists has completely cut ties with them once we noticed a patteren starting to form. So every time a property would call master rooter out to snake a drain to clear a clog out it would always end up by the plumber saying "oh the main drain has collapsed and we will have to excavate to perform the repair" or "the drain line has a belly in it and we need to excavate to perform the repair. Well fool us once, fool us twice, fool us not so fast not three times lets call another company where the plumbers are actual master plumbers and would camera the drain find no collapsed areas and no bellies either they would unclog the drain and have no problems after that saved thousands of dollars. Remember this is what master rooter was doing for many of apartment properties and will do and say to you if you decide to use them be cautious. for a more honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable plumbing experience that your looking for seeing your sitting there reading reviews try one of the following companys instead they are listed in no particular order at all they are all great and wiil save you tons of money in the long run trust me.

I had master rooter come out and give us an estimate on just putting in a new faucet and a garbage disposal. We got a quote of $600 dollars and the plumber said they were mid range as far as plumbers are concerned. While me and my husband were discussing if we should fix it at that specific time the plumber stepped in and asked if he could make a suggestion. We said yes. He had already looked at our hook ups and said get a handyman. Can you believe it a plumber about to make $600 dollars told us we could save lots of money by hiring a good handyman. He then proceeded to look at other areas of our house and told us there were no other plumbing issues. The plumber then proceeded to leave with no money in hand he did not even say be sure to tell all your friends about the service that I gave you. I asked him if he had a business card he proceeded to go out to his professional Master Rooter truck and came back with a card. If you have a major plumbing issue or a semi major issue you need a good certified plumber. Choose Master Rooter. If you have a small issue like we did a good handyman will do just fine. will I use this plumber again you bet I will. Will I tell all my friends who need a plumber you bet I will. Master Rooter the honest plumber. I really wish I could give them more then 5 stars because I certainly would. I hope this post gets them a ton of business.
