UPDATE (3/1): I had to take off another star because I've called there a few times now and 9 times out of 10 nobody picked up. A single phone call ended up being 3 calls, and I spaced them out in case they were just busy or on another line (I had questions that I couldn't find answers to online). When they DID answer they really sounded annoyed that they had to answer the phone. Their responses were curt and flat. At the end of one call when I said "Thanks for your help!" the guy just hung up. No goodbye or you're welcome or anything. I get hating work, esp. when you often have to deal with rude customers, but it feels like there is zero customer service training being done here. PROS: Endless gym equipment and machines. Parking lot is typically pretty full but there's always open spots. Plenty of lockers, restrooms, and showers. The Black Card Spa has 2 water massage chairs, 2 water massage beds, 2 quarter-operated regular massage chairs, 1 red-light therapy room, 3 tanning booths, and a small waiting area (you have to schedule yourself for these amenities at the front desk; each session is 10min). You can purchase earbuds, snacks, drinks, and merch at the front desk. Some of the employees are super friendly and helpful! CONS: There are a couple employees who are high school/college-age kids who clearly don't want to be there and will interact with you as little as possible. They're often talking to each other or their friends and will barely acknowledge that you walked in (but some of the employees here will greet you very enthusiastically). Anyway, I asked about how the Black Card Spa works when I went for my first time but was given curt answers and zero eye contact (e.g. one of them was staring at their phone the whole time they talked to me, and the other rolled his eyes when he mumbled an answer to my question and I said "Sorry, what was that?") I was being nice about it all, I'm not a Karen lol. One of them also had their pet german shepherd chilling on the floor behind the front desk which I personally don't have a problem with but I can't imagine that's allowed for...

The weekends are the time people have off to actually go to the gym. It's completely backwards to give us less time to workout on those days. That automatically takes 3 stars off of this rating. The rest are because of the fact that there are people walking around with their masks off and staff aren't enforcing them. On top of that what made me decide to leave this review tonight it was a very updated rude older man working tonight. I thought the gym was open till 10 PM but I was mistaken. And he came over to briskly inform me that they would be closing in 10 minutes. When I asked the question "I thought you guys were open till 10?" he got snippy with me and told me to check the website. Then as I'm waiting for my Uber not 5 minutes later, inside the lobby because it was freezing outside, he comes over and says "I'm setting the alarm" as if im supposed to know what that means for me. No, .. "I'm really sorry I know you misunderstood the time we close tonight, but I do have to ask you to exit the lobby at this time please because I have to set the alarm.".. Just, "I'm setting the alarm" and then standing there staring at me. Incredibly passive aggressive, unprofessional, and rude. All the other staff there have been great. Im not unreasonable, and im not rude, ill be...

Very attentive to the needs of the guest and facility, equipment and locker room is always clean but he's never to busy to assist a guest or answer a question. Plus he's working to further his education which I am a HUGE fan of...keep up the good work!
I consistently workout around 5:30-6 in the morning and even though it's early JOSELIN GALVEZ always greets me with her great smile. She keeps the front desk running smoothly and along with the other staff who work in the mornings, she is diligent in keeping the facility clean and helping guests with anything they might need.
SAGE KINNEY is always on the move whenever I'm in the gym, usually with a notepad and paper keeping track of completed tasks and what needs to be done. Always gives off great energy no matter how early it is and very purposeful when it comes to making each and every guest feel welcome. I also respect that fact that she's willing to work multiple jobs in order to achieve her dreams, those are the kind of people you want working for your company.
RITA WILLIAMS is the other staff I regularly see in the early mornings and I can tell that time of the morning is no trouble for her. I consistently see her having conversations with guests (myself included) and moving throughout the facility to make sure everything is up to standard. She is really sweet as well!
Whoever hired these four did...
