Stay far away from this place or proceed with caution! For months they have been pushing forward our order of a dinning set and the excuse had been âthe manufacturer is delayed in shipment,â believably so as the covid crisis has affected everything. The order was placed January 2021, the order was due for pick up for 2nd week of April according to them. Last week we received a call from someone in their Framingham MA location saying we could pick up our almost $800 dinning set. Today 3/20/2021 we get a call from a lady in the Worcester location related to our contract from the finance company saying âour contract expiredâ and when we told her that is odd as we placed our order in January and that the delays have been on their part and of the manufacturer, we asked they cancel the order as this is just too much discrepancy at this point. The lady has the audacity and proceeds to say that âwe owe 35% at this point to encima the finance companyâ and we called to clarify with the company what she claimed; it turns out the our contract did expire March 11th 2021 (recently) and sweet home furnishing never reached out about this instead they waited till today the day we were on our way to pick up our order to TRY to pull this FRAUD! Do not trust them! When I called the lady back I decided to screen record and told her our conversation is being recorded because at this point the transparency and her integrity is out the window, she hung up the call soon after. By the way THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED AS THIS SEEMS LIKE FRAUD/scam TO ME.
Update: on Monday 3/22/2021 at 4:34pm I received a text message from Rodrigo (sweet home furnishing) to give him a âcall.â I call and I basically get bullied as he repeatedly tried to coerce me to delete my review on here, and for having posted my negative experience with them.
He said and I quote âcould you delete your review because it is bad for business??â My response to him was as stated above, that was my dissatisfaction and experience and it is factual. He did not care we were treated poorly by his company and also ended up with no dinning set.
If all the 300+ positive reviews were real than why are you stalking former customers?!?? Also, in this country we have freedom of speech and this platform allows we post reviews of any business. You should also keep in mind that people put their Hard earn money into these items and it is not cheap, so when you try to play people for a fool itâs ultimately you making it bad for your business. Treat customers with respect, be transparent and you will have customers for life.

If I could I would give them -5 Stars , I bought a bedroom set back in December and 3 of the furniture they came broken headboard/chest/night stand, communication with the driver/installer it was so bad he was keep speaking Portuguese to me and expected from me to understand what he is saying. The whole communication was good-good and I was trying to explain with no good - no good . When I finally got someone on the phone about the situation I was very frustrated with the driver wanting to leave without taking any pictures about the broken furniture. It passed almost 3 weeks and I didn't hear anything from them , when I called them they said they can bring the replacements tomorrow and I told them that is a short notice for me to take a day off to stay home and wait for them again( they still came the next day and called me while I was at work speaking Portuguese again ). It took me 3 more weeks to schedule them for a Saturday and when they came they brought only 2 out of the 3 broken furniture and when I was trying to communicate with the driver it was the same situation terrible service, he wanted me to sign the delivery and I wasn't signing until he got me someone on the phone about the 3rd furniture replacement. They promised me from the phone that they will send the replacement as soon as possible.    Read moreI would like to leave a customer dissatisfaction here. I bought a bedroom set with Carlos, who was a great seller also who I gave a 5 stars rating here as well. I called him again after 30 days trying to find out when my set would be delivered as he told me within 30 days. He then called the delivery department and it sounded like if they didnt even know my bedroom set was "supposed" to be delivered. Anyways,they called me the next day saying they would delivery my set in 3 days, which was a friday at 10am. Then I called my husband asking to be home that day at 10 am, otherwise they would reschedule us for about 2 weeks. When friday came, the delivery guys called us about 11:30am saying they were on their way. I was really angry, they were late and my husband couldn't go to work anymore that day.
