IF I COULD RATE AT 0 STARS I WOULD!!!!!!! It was a nightmare!
GO TO BETTER HOME FURNITURE I brought my king size bed and dinning table at BETTER HOME FURNITURE, and they were great! Great costumer services, great quality, amazing delivery time. I should’ve never brought in another store! If you want to buy anything for your house go there, it will save you time and frustration! I’m positive!!!
I came to urbanos from a friend referral, and I Regret it because I already had a great store I always go to with 0 problems! But I thought every store work like Better home furniture, but they don’t! Now I know.
I have nothing to say from customer service, Danielli was great! After that they told me the delivery would be 20 business days!! And they placed my contract with the financing agency as active and I had to make 4 payment with not one single thing being delivered yet. And I was only aware of that when I called the financing agency and they told me that it was wrong! They were supposed to only put my contract as active after they had delivery everything, and I only would make the first payment after 10 days of delivery. I called Urbano’s Furniture and their manager said he would get it solved, he was extremely rude. And of course Did nothing and I had to keep paying with none of my furniture. After that Danielli told me he got fire that same day and maybe that’s why he didn’t help. When I Finally got my things delivered, all the nobs from dresser and the 2 night stands were wrong. When I told Danielli, she said that it was her last day and she wouldn’t be able to help. But that Thay who is the owner would talk to me and solve the problem. All employees leaving shows me that the store must be terrible to work as well!!! Thay the owner never answered my calls, she sent me to a logistics department for them to solve the problem. Ramiro is very polite, I have nothing bad to say about him. My phone calls keep not being answered, from both Ramiro and Thay. Not text back NOTHING. They keep saying that it will get solved, and the furniture company will send the new nobs with the right color. It has been 17 days already. And seeings like nothing is getting done. This whole purchase has being so frustrating, that if I could return every single thing I would!!
I just hope I can get those nobs on the right color and never ever have go to URBANOS...

We had the same problem with the sofa, months after buying the sofa it sank on one side, we told the seller that he had to come and look at it and it took him over a year to come and look at it. I bought a table at the end of November 2021 and as a gift I was going to receive a television, they gave me up to 120 days until then ok. 120 days passed, nothing from the table, I sent a message to find out what was happening, they said it was because of COVID. They gave me a longer delivery time, and this delivery didn't happen, they told me it was because of COVID and SNOW they even gave me a gift, the table didn't come, the gift didn't come either, so I had to cancel it because no had delivery, agreed to return my money, without interest the full amount, I paid before 120 days. The deadline for withdrawing the check was 30 to 60 days. Giving 30 days nothing to receive, I confirmed 4 days before the 60 days and they said I could go to the store to get it. 1 day before going to pick it up, I was told that the finance would decide to call me 😳 what do you mean? I'M DISAPPOINTED, I've never had any problem buying something and not receiving it, Today it's been 61 days 06/08/2022 still waiting for the financial call. And my money back.
