Kohl's — Attraction in Franklin

The store as a physical aspect is great lots of clothes, lots of deals, lots of places to park. But the employees on the other hand lack the effort to care I asked the woman if they have a shirt in my size the woman told me she didn't know and proceeded to tell another employee that she hated her job. And if rent wasn't coming up she would have already quit. So while I work in customer service and I hear people talk about they hate their job all the time most people tend to avoid the customer was saying it. She showed no effort to actually even look up and see the shirt that I asked her if she had in my size. So after finding the shirt that I was looking for which was 4 feet away from her I proceeded to the counter I told the woman I was going to the fair and I didn't need the shirt to go in the bag my daughter had spilt oil on my shirt earlier that week. I was trying to look nice so I bought the button up prior to my pregnant fiance get into the counter the young girl at the counter was very polite and nice and then as my pregnant fiance arrived the girls attitude went from smiling too quiet and kind of rude I told her I wouldn't need a bag she told me that she had to put it in a bag and I wasn't allowed to wear it till after I left the store well I understand the concept that she has to give me a bag but to tell me when I can and can't wear my product that I had paid for seemed very rude, I will admit I ignored her and still put on the shirt I handed her the tagged ask her to throw away she told me she wasn't allowed to throw it away I don't know if that's actually true but it seems reasonable then she told me I could throw it away in the parking lot now I don't know how Kohl's works but if the store I work at we had someone who maintains and upkeeps the perimeter of our store and I would never recommend somebody throw the trash outside to make someone else's job harder it just shows that she had a lack of concern for her fellow employee that she only cared about getting her job done and getting back to texting no sooner than we left the register she was out on her phone. Returned 2 orders that Kohls Cash was used for the purchase. Instead of refunding full amount to my charge card and returning the Kohls Cash to my account, they issued a partial refund to my charge card and gave me a paper Kohls Cash coupon which will expire on Jan 15, 2022. I told them I didn't have anything else to purchase by then and when the Kohls Cash coupon expires I would be out the money. They said it was just the way the system processes returns and there was nothing they could do. So, if you use Kohls Cash when you purchase something, once Kohls has your money it will be held hostage for you to spend it. This is a scam! No other store (Walmart, Meijer, Target, etc.) does business like this. Kohls has lost a customer.....I will never buy anything...

Stopped in the Franklin, IN Kohls store on my way home to purchase a pair of dress pants and not only did they have exactly what I wanted ; upon checking out I was greeted by Madison; she was a very friendly and courteous associate as well as knowledgeable about the Kohl’s customer services options. Was a long day for me and I even questioned about stopping but for Madison’s attitude and her appreciation for my business I was thankful that I did and will be sure to make another trip to this Franklin location.
