I have to give a massive shout-out to the Franklin Little Caesars!

Honestly, I first went here expecting the usual quick little ceasars experience, but I am always blown away every time I visit. First off, the pizza is always piping hot and delicious. The crust is crispy, the cheese is gooey, and the toppings are generous. Its clear they take pride in what they're making, even with the "Hot-N-Ready" concept.

But what really makes my experience stand out is the incredible customer service they offer. They know and remember me each and every time ive eaten there. The staff there are always so friendly and helpful, from the person taking my order to the one handing me my pizza. They are all smiles, even when it's a busy night. They always go the extra mile and double-check my order to make sure I have everything I need.

Disclaimer: this the only time I have ever had a bad experience at Little Caesar's. I ordered a lunch combo via the Little Caesar's app at noon. It was not put into the oven (according to order tracking) until 1:11 PM. I then waited another 30 minutes before heading to the location. I don't always receive the "Ready" notification when it's ready. The employee was the only one working at this location today. He told me that there were no lunch combo preps done, so he couldn't make one. I politely asked for a refund, and he told to contact Door Dash. I told him that I did not order delivery or through Door Dash. He did not know how to give me a refund and said he "knew" there was a way to get it online. He didn't know the process, but insisted that I could get my money back online. Not a lot of money, but still. As far as I can tell, there isn't any way to easily contact their customer support for assistance...

Came in to order two pizzas to have dinner for the night with family. The first pizza did not look good at all. Half the of pizza was hard as a rock and the other was fluffy like it should be. When I bought it back in and told the worker about they wanted to argue and say it's how the pizza should be because it was the pretzel crust pizza. However you could clearly see that half of the pizza was dark dark brown flat and hard while the other half was golden and fluffy. And while sitting in the lobby waiting foe the second time I'm having to swat away flies in the lobby. I get its new management and they are working on improving but when a customer comes in with an inedible item you made for them you should be a little friendlier instead of getting annoyed and getting an attitude.
