Subway — Restaurant in Franklin

This was my 3rd and last attempt to give the new management a chance. It progressively got worse. The first time I’m standing in line, the only in line, and they’re having a conversation with each other like I’m not there. I eventually walked out. The second time I debated between going to any other one but this one is closer so I gambled. And lost. I went in, one person in front of me trying to navigate the language barrier in preparation their sandwich, and me waiting patiently behind them. I assumed I was next but someone walked in for a pickup. They called them forward around me and proceeded to help them. I should have walked out! Another call ahead came in they prioritized them I finally walked out. Today, after my workout I only wanted a 6” turkey sub, I’d avoided this subway by going to the on in whiteland on my home, but this was closer. Got my 6” sub, she said that will be $14 and some change, I said excuse me? She repeated it and I asked how? She just looked at me like she didn’t understand. A guy came from the back. She asked him something, he did the order on the register and it was $6 instead. I get home, the bread is rubber! Clearly 2 to 3 days old and this was at 11:00 when I went there! If I could give this 0 stars i would. I use to be the manager of the store and since it was bought out by someone else I no longer work there. I followed the owner I worked with to another store. But i went in there sunday 8:30pm. Two workers were there the lady who served me had no mask on and didnt wash her hands before trying to make my sandwich. The other guy had his mask but it was below his chin. And the way he was in uniform did not represent the brand very well. Also didnt have any ham or turkey. How do you run out of protein. You have have a print out to see how much to order for the week or two whenever you get the truck. This store went down the drain fast. I have regulars that came to this store and when they found out i left and learned where i am at now they go to the subway. I see more snd more faces from franklin subway at where i work now. I do not recommend eating here if they do not change...

The older lady that works here is so unfriendly! This is not the first time, which is why I am writing a review. I wonder if she is offended that I use coupons? She speaks, I heard her speak to other people. I told her thank you and she said nothing, then I told her to have a great night and she also said nothing. I was in here with my son last week, and she was the same unfriendly way that she was today. I stood at the counter when I first arrived. The gentleman made what seemed to be online sandwiches. No one even acknowledged that I was there. Customers like friendly people! Especially small town franchise businesses. The subway off of 65 is way friendlier and has the same quality of food. After reading other reviews, I’m changing my rating. Apparently having an attitude over coupons is a common here....
