Bob Evans — Restaurant in Franklin

This new review is based 100% on my conversion with Ashley who informed me that I am being charged 2 diffrent prices even though I order the exact same meal 5 to 6 times a month for over a year now and her reasoning is some people know how to do their jobs and others dont and to top this off I said I'm not trying to be difficult I just want to know why she says we have 1 manger here and we are short staffed i have people waiting and dont have time to deal with this right now im sorry they are short staffed but her being mean and rude to me wont change that!! Wont lie I never want to deal with her Again!! Other then her I always call and order my food they I have always made my food absolutely amazing and just the way I like it I always get the country fried steak french fries and green beans and a small extra gravy on the side and I have to say it's absolutely delicious you should try it! Hopefully you wont have to be treated that way if I I based on food alone this would have been 5 stars but I dont tolerate being treated poorly also I won't have to ask for extra gravy if they would just put more on...

I visited Bob Evans for lunch and ordered the 1/2 salad and 1/2 sandwich. The salad was very good however the Legendary Turkey sandwich wasn't. The sandwich came and appeared to be haphazardly put together. The bread was cut crooked in that most of it covered the bottom of the sandwich and the other half was barely covering the top. The Legendary Turkey sandwich did not have any turkey on it! I had taken one bite before discovering the absence of the turkey and my server took my plate back to the kitchen. When she returned they had taken one small piece of turkey and put it on the sandwich she had taken from me. I may be wrong but ANY other time I've had to return an order I have always been given a new one. I was uncomfortable eating it after it had been handled and passed around. I ended up throwing it away because it had been handled too much. What a waste of money! I mean how difficult is it to make a deli sandwich? Unfortunately this ruined my lunch and put a damper on my day. I'm sure it will be awhile before I decide to eat...

Do not order curbside here unless you want to actually have to go in! We haven’t had Bobs in years but decided to try it this evening as I saw they had curbside.

Curbside instructions are to park & call them. I was on hold 22 minutes listening to an automated recording about how they now offer curbside & it makes it easy to get your meal. No one answered in this entire time! Just kept ringing, saying someone will be with you in a moment, then back to auto about curbside.

After 22 minutes, I went inside…. And no one cared! A young girl just gave me my food. I asked to speak to a manager as the phone issue needed to be addressed. Manager said… “oh, we were short staffed today but i don’t know why they aren’t answering the phones now!” Look around & there are literally 4 tables in the restaurant & quite a few employees. Plus, as the manager on the floor… did he not hear the phones ringing! That’s all he said, no sorry just sent me on my way.

Needless to say, we won’t be back to...
