Planet Pumpkin — Attraction in Fresno

I want to compliment you on a few of your employees or ride operators. We rode the spinning bucket type ride. There was a gentleman there that was awesome! I wish I got his name. He was working this ride on Saturday night at 6:30. He was laughing with all the customers. I felt that he took extra care with the riders. My rider is 5 years old and met the height requirement. He took care to suggest an adult go too. He said she’s little and this ride goes at a fast speed. I was a little shocked at first but we did as he asked. As the ride went, he was correct, I appreciated that it seemed that he genuinely cared about the safety of every person/ child left in his care. I had the same caring experience at the dragon roller coaster. I watched this young lady stop the rides for criers and carefully ask parents if they wanted to remove them or for her to remove them. Had a great time with my family here but I was so upset with the man who ran the train ride. My son is almost two and LOVES trains so he was freaking out from wanting to go on it so bad.. we get in line and the guy refused to let him on, said he was too short. This train ride is a small completely flat, oval track and really slow. It's the safest ride they had and they wouldn't let him on. Yet after that whole debacle, we went by the food truck to the cars and trucks ride, they let him on alone and that ride was really fast. He wasn't even strapped in and...

Worst ever! The lines are absolutely to long. We gave over $40 of tickets away because we couldn’t bare wait in one more line with our children. Then face painting starts at $5 and goes to over $20! And you can’t use your tickets. Plus food it’s small and packed. The pumpkins are horrible selection. We will never return waste of money and a night out with our family. Very very disappointed. One ride we waited an hour and when we got to the front they stopped the ride because a worker had to leave and the on comming worker was late! Just don’t go it was...
