A girl with orange hair was super nice upon taking our order. She said her screen was down but still managed to repeat the order back correctly. Upon leaving, we noticed we got the wrong breakfast item. Naturally, we returned to correct the order and she made it seem like it was our fault that she messed up our order. She said she repeated the order back correctly to us and said it was California law that didn’t require her to ask us if we needed a receipt. We were shocked at how rude she was upon returning. It wasn’t our fault. She literally said her screen was down. Maybe she should pick up a pen and paper next time instead of blaming the customer for issuing us the wrong items. This was a huge one off. Not sure what we did to deserve that low quality customer service. The drinks taste great, but she needs to work on her customer service skills when she makes a mistake. Read moreToday they had more staff working the morning shift and they’ve had all week and yet somehow my mobile order still took forever. I watched them continue to fill drive in orders before they even feel the mobile orders which were still on the receipt hanging from the counter. What made it even worse was that everyone was moving around without urgency and to top it all off when a woman came in with the puppy two of the employees walked around the counter to ask her what kind of dog it was and how old it was while people were still waiting for their coffee. My mobile order Took over 10 minutes to fill. And it was just a green tea. By the way there was only one person having coffee inside the store. So they weren’t taking care of customers at the register. Unacceptable. I have a feeling I might have to find another...
Read moreI usually have a decent experience coming here but today I was very disappointed; I came in and waited in line quite a long time while the cashier (Erin) talked to a customer who was a friend. Then another employee came over and proceeded to talk with the customer as well instead of helping me on the other register. When I finally got to the register the cashier decide to have a bad attitude and when I told her what I wanted she made a comment about how much stuff I was putting in my drink.
