Poor customer service. Critical order did not ship on time after I even called after I placed my order to verify. Shoddy excuse that my 1pm order was past the cutoff time for it to ship Fedex but it is 5pm the next day and they still haven't picked up. Then I called back to find out and the rep said she would have to check with the warehouse and she never contacted me back. Then I called to speak with a manager and he was able to find out in about 1 minute that the order did not ship and made up the excuse about my ordering it after the cutoff time. Poor stock awareness of the website/listing many things in stock that are not.

Placed an order for 2-day delivery. Cancelled the next day "out of stock"

My card was never charged, so there is no major issue here, just annoying to think something is handled when it's not.

They get +2 star since they did at least communicate with me instead of letting me figure it out when I didn't...
