Universal Car Stereo — Attraction in Fullerton

I came into Universal Car stereo today in order to do some price comparisons to a Big Box store that I had recently inquired in about having a new stereo put into an older vehicle that I had purchased. I was only there for a price comparison. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and after a quick look over of my vehicle I was given options of what stereo would both work well in my vehicle and have the options I was looking for. I was quoted a no nonsense, no surprise installation fees price for the unit and the installation. I was then given the option to have the stereo installed IMMEDIATELY. Even though they discovered a problem with the harness, they still proceeded with the installation, fixing the harness along the way, all for the originally quoted price. After a few minutes of watching tv I was on my way with the new stereo installed and working like a charm. I was even given a quick tutorial on the system, and with my phone synced up I was on my way. This was a fantastic customer service experience. Jordan and Frank are hands down the BEST. Gave us extremely fair pricing, provided extra care by inspecting all vehicle possible problems, after explaining to them i had purchased my mew car from a mom and pop dealership and how they stole the entire sound components after we test drove it and left it for them to fix a few minor issues. They sold us the best sound system for the style of music i prefer, and looked at everything we had concerns from the dealership fpr no extra charge. And the one thing they couldnt fix, told me to go down to the actual hyundai dealership and order the back up camera and they would install it for free. 1 year warranty on the products, with lifetime labor warranty. Then they are doing my husband truck now for a killer price and have treated us with the most respect and honesty unlike any other automotive place ive been to. Went to get stereo and 4 speakers installed .This Place had my classic car for 2 days Only installed 2 speakers and they said they couldn't install my other 2 because it was to much work for them and they dont do that kind of work, after they already looked at my car prior to installation and said they can do it no problem . They had my number and didnt call me to let me know what was going they just went ahead and installed the 2 speakers and stereo and charged me 20$ less no consideration on what i might of wanted to do . (How about dont touch it leave it ill take it somewhere else) I would have payed more to get it done right or taken somewhere else that did work on classic cars .
