Dropped off my TV for repair on 5/26. I received a call three days later informing me of the expected cost for the repair. We agreed on the price and they said they would call me back when it was fixed. Two weeks later I called to get an update. I was informed that they were still waiting for the part but that they would call me in a few days. One week later, having received no call from them, I called and they said that they would call me back in 30 minutes to give me an update. I did not hear from them so I called them the following day. They told me again that they would call me back in 30 minutes. I expressed my hesitance since they had yet to call me back when they said they would but I agreed. I received a call 20 minutes later informing me that my TV was ready for pickup. This was on 6/20.
My TV works but the customer service was less than commendable and the communication was severely lacking.
EDIT: TV stopped working on 7/15. They provided 30-day warranty on labor so I returned the same day. They said they would call me that day or the next. I called them one week later having not received a call. They told me that it was the main board (the one that they just replaced) that was bad and had ordered a new part. I received a call on 7/30 saying that my TV repair has been completed. We'll see...

First point of contact was Yelp messages late Friday night on a holiday (4th of July).
Ash responded that same night with an invitation to come into the shop for a free evaluation of my all-in-one PC that was running very slow.
I wasn't able to go in until 3 hours before they closed, at which point Leo looked at my computer to assess possible issues and then delivering their recommendation.
Price was reasonable for a replaced and upgraded hard drive & was told my computer could actually be ready before they closed at 6p.
Got a call 45m before close that my computer ready.
When I came back in, I met w/Ash, who actually went over what they did to my computer and helped clear out things with me there to have it run faster.
That last meeting was the icing on this experience to have Ash explain to me what was the issue and advice to maintain it.
I really appreciate it when a service provider explains things to me so this was a great first experience and will definitely be recommending people here when they are looking for someone to assist with repairs. Read moreThis is the second time that I take a labtop to Computech. At first I went to Computech because they where the closest computer repair business. I live in Garden Grove. It is safe to say that I am now a loyal customer. The first computer I took to them had a couple of viruses. Computech had it fixed with virus protection (at no extra cost) by the next day!
This second time my parents computer wouldn't turn on. Of course I took it Computech. After a diagnostic check they determined it was the motherboard. This time I got a call from the owner himself. He introduced himself and gave me my options. Instead of persuading me to get it fixed he advised me into getting a new one. The part itself was $200 (used). I thanked him for his honestly and his professional opinion. He was not out to make a profit he was caring for the costumer. That act of generosity led me to writing this review. They are the ideal small business owner and I would recommend them to all my friends in Orange County....
