2 stars for vanity quality otherwise I would give one star. Picked up a vanity from this store on a Saturday was told a guy would come help load and put on handles. Guy shows up no tools to install handles. Okay $10 off vanity. Vanity does not come with side splash told $20 extra even though vanity had two pieces of splash on it okay $20 more. Was told pick up Tuesday 10am. I come Tuesday 11 am I am told it is not ready. I ask when, they say tomorrow I say this is a waste of time they say I can go pickup at warehouse 10 minutes away okay I go. Show up owner hands over side splash. I check in my car and edge is chipped I go back and return it and now I wait for a phone call as to when the side splash will be done. Terrible customer service

Review edit as I was offered $10 back only after leaving this review. At the time of going to pickup I was told I would not receive any compensation for having to return at a later date. I also had to ask for the $10 at pickup even though employees should’ve already been made aware I was going to get that as they both seemed to recognize me and pulled the piece of sidesplash as soon as I showed up. The cashier also laughed along with a worker after saying something in another language. I choose to ignore this thinking it could’ve been unrelated. I, Absolutely… LOVE THIS STORE! I found the perfect Bathroom Vanity with a Beautiful Marble Top for my small bathroom at a Great Price! Their prices were Lower than both Home Depot and Lowe’s and OC Stars was All Solid Wood with the Slow closing drawers, while others I found were particle board, painted over with thick paint! Also…I got a Brand name Kitchen faucet that was almost $80 Less than the Ones I priced at other stores! So, So Happy I found this Store in Garden Grove! The Lovely, Young Lady that Helped me out was So Friendly and Patient with me! She measured the vanity for me and made sure I knew it would fit, before I purchased it! Great Deal! Great Store! Wonderful Service! I am One Happy Customer! I would, Definitely recommend this Store to anybody who’s looking for Quality Items for their Bath or kitchen at Great prices! I purchased a ceiling exhaust fan. My contractor tried to install and it does not work. It was sold to me as NEW and NEVER used! My expectations of purchasing this fan was that it was a new product that would work.

I reached out for a refund and was offered an exchange or store credit. I DO NOT want an exchange or store credit because I do not trust that the appliances they sell will work!!! I will come in today and see if I can get this resolved with a refund. I will never shop here again and advise everyone to AVOID this place at all cost. Prices are cheaper, but what good is it if the item does not work!!! I am out $200+ unless a refund is offered...
