Douglas County Skate Park — Attraction in Gardnerville

Excellent park that was way ahead of its time for northern Nevada skateparks. Back in the early 00's, this park was far better than the smaller parks in Reno like Idlewild and North Valleys. The transition was also very well built and designed so that it even holds up today for the most part. With the exception of a couple odd choices, this park is a great option for those that like larger transition ramps. Burgess skatepark was modeled after this park but doesn't quite feel the same.
