Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Nevada

Was visiting family in Garnerville so with 4 adults and 3 kids thought that this would be a good choice. Called in an order and it was over $80.00 but hey we go to a Round Table whenever we visit Nevada. Wyoming doesn't have any Round Table Pizza which is disappointing. Was told that they were really busy and it would be about 30 to 45 minutes. We understood and was really looking forward to the feast! It was sprinkling rain so we decided to watch a movie while we waited. Movie was over, still no one showed up. So we started another movie. After 2 1/2 hours we called to see if they had any idea when we could expect our delivery. Was informed that it could be about 30 to 45 more minutes???? We asked if it would be better if we picked it up. Then was told sure...20 minutes??? Upon the arrival the parking lot was empty, as well as the place itself. Delivery person was messing with a cell phone, had to make the salad that was ordered. What??? I'd give a negative star if I could … We ordered a pizza this afternoon to be delivered at 7:15 this evening. The pizza arrived at 5:30pm instead. The delivery gal was very nice when we explained that it wasn't supposed to come until later, and she said she would notify the pizza place when she got back of their error, and they would re-make the pizza and have it delivered at the scheduled time of 7:15pm. 7:30pm rolls around and the pizza shows up …. cold and dried out. It was the exact same pizza from hours before … we checked it. Ridiculous. Called and spoke to Cynthia who said "No, the pizza was re-made." No I really wish it was, but it wasn't, and it was obvious. No point in eating a cold, dried out pizza for $30. Skip this place for sure and order from somewhere that actually cares about the food they're putting out, and their customer service. Now, it's 8pm and we are forced to order from somewhere else, just to get decent food. How disappointing. Never again and we will be sure to...

I’m not one to write bad reviews or call and complain but a couple of days ago my husband and I called in an order. When we went to go pick it up we left and got half way home when we realized it was the wrong pizza. We go inside to tell them didn’t bring in the wrong pizza because of COVID and they ask us to return it. Now we had already touched the pizza. They take the incorrect one and hand us ours. During this exchange there was a older gentleman behind us approximately 70 yrs of age who was picking up a pizza the pizza we had just returned. They told my husband they don’t believe he has germs then handed that pizza to the older gentleman. Turns out it was his pizza. I can’t believe that exchange happened!! I work in fast food that is not ok!! Yes we are human and we make mistakes but we are in the middle of COVID. No. Will not be going back to this...
