My dad and I went to go out to eat to this place. to sum it up it wasn’t a good experience. I’m not from Nevada and this is one of my first times trying a restaurant in this specific area. We got to our table and got our drinks and they took our order they also never brought our waters out and just handed us a can of soda didn’t ask if we wanted a cup of ice or a straw and just dropped it off . We maybe waited 10 minutes and then I got my roll. But then the waiter came up to us and asked if we wanted ginger and wasabi after I had already received my food, we said yes, and then they finally brought out our appetizers after I had already finished my role and had been waiting again another 10 minutes. We ate the appetizers and my food was already finished, and then another lady had came up to us and asked if we would like anything else and I had told her we’re still waiting For my dads food we originally had a young blonde girl take care of us at first, and she was very nice, but then the lady that had asked if we wanted anything else was extremely rude after we had told her we were still waiting for food she had a bad attitude she looked on the counter and grabbed our food. It had been sitting there. She gave it to us and walked away without saying anything and got bothered when we asked which rule was which we finished the rest of our food. You never know what someone is going through so we tried to not saying anything after and still stayed respectful not pleased with the service what so ever the food was good but it’s not some place I would ever recommend...

Legitimately the worst dining experience I've ever had. Hostess was rude and unwelcoming. Wait staff served hot tea cold and didn't even fill the pot completely. Place was practically empty when we arrived yet the staff was overwhelmed. Kitchen was a circus, ran out of rice, no prep work done for dinner crowd, shrimp was overcooked and hard. Cooks didn't look happy. Owner presumably was the only one actually working and he had to stop every five seconds to tell his staff common sense things anyone working in food service should already know. The other sushi chef was incredibly slow. Nobody offered refills, nobody bussed dishes. Everyone except the owner seemed to be completely lost. Was there for at least an hour and we barely got two rolls each due to the slow kitchen pace. Finally gave up trying to eat here and just paid our bill so we could go somewhere else and actually get served dinner. Had to look around for camera crews because this seriously seemed like an episode of America's Worst Kitchens on...

First time I went there it was great, a solid 4 stars, good food and great service. But went back again this week and still great food, but possibly the worst service I've ever received. Our waiter only got our initial order and that was it, we started getting rolls before we got all our appetizers, a child's meal was the last of our initial order that we received and took way too long to receive it, a teriyaki bowl. No one once asked us if we wanted drink refills, we ended up refilling our own drinks to help you guys out since you guys kept using the poor excuses of the kitchen being busy when we'd ask about our food, no one came by asking us our next order we had to get someone's attention to order more after we had all already finished our 1st orders. We got there before 8:30 yet we're the last table to leave at almost 9:30 because of the poor service of our table. Needless to say if you can't handle that slow of a 'busy' then hire more cooks, train your servers better, and I will never do business...

I discovered Sakura Poke Bowl while traveling through the area. The high rating caught my interest, so I decided to stop by. The inside dining room was very spacious, which is great if you want to be socially distant from others. Like most poke places, it is counter order with a good selection of toppings. I got a poke bowl over rice, with salmon and yellow tail. I was satisfied with the quality of the fish, and choices of toppings. Avocado is premium, at $1 extra. I found it strange how the smallest size (regular) was three scoops, which is a medium at most places. I think they should offer a mini size bowl, especially for those who can't finish a whole bowl. The sauces were good, but I would have preferred to choose a sauce that was spicier. Overall, great poke bowl place to stop at that I would recommend and revisit if it was near home.

EDIT: They started serving sushi, and it’s the best thing ever!!! Everything was so fresh, and the fish just melts in your mouth. 😍 their rolls are delicious, and the staff is awesome. Worth the visit even coming from Carson. Really delicious poke bowls! Their ingredients (especially the fish) are fresh and hand-cut daily to ensure quality. So many choices for toppings and sauces, and their sauces are made from scratch! The owner-managers are very helpful and welcoming. If you want a delicious poke bowl made with fresh, quality ingredients, this place is the place to go! Can’t wait for them to offer sushi soon. 😋

Really delicious and super fresh. They are very generous with their portions as well and all the flavors were just amazing. The ONLY reason I didn’t give It 5 stars is because it’s a tad over “impulse buy” territory. For example an impulse lunch buy for me would be Super Burrito which will cost me about $8. Here a regular bowl cost me $14. In that range I can get Chinese food at Hunans for 2 for about $16. So that’s my only gripe and will prevent me from eating here more often. Like if it was a bit cheaper I’d probably eat here once a week if not more. Otherwise amazing fresh poke bowl spot!
