Bradfield Park — Attraction in Garland

I went to here to play tennis with my friends around 7:30, and was going to leave at 9:30. I presumed that the courts would be lit as it specified on the website. Come around 8:30 where it was dark out, there were no lights on. It was an ok place to play tennis at. The bounces were a little dead with fresh balls, but it was manageable. Not sure if it is common knowledge that they aren't lit up anymore, but it was my first time here, and it was not a good experience. If you are planning to go play tennis into the night, go to another "lighted" tennis court like the ones at Webb...

This park would be great if it wasn’t full of grown men sitting in groups at the picnic tables getting drunk mid day on the weekend. I came here with my 2 kids, two separate occasions, and both times felt uncomfortable and ended up leaving after 10 min. Seeing them stumble over to the gas station across the street to get more beers at 11:30 am. There needs to be more enforcement here...

The scenic views, well-maintained pathways, and serene atmosphere make it perfect for a leisurely stroll or a peaceful picnic. The playground is a hit with kids, and the open spaces are great for various activities. While it's generally clean and well-kept, some areas could use more frequent maintenance.
