Don’t buy any booster boxes from them. They sell resealed packs even though the outside is “sealed”, don’t be fooled. Open it up in store to confirm and have a worker there so they can have a second look cause once you go home, you are now labeled as a liar and they have no proof. Go to Game Nerdz in Wylie for cheaper and legit boxes that you don’t need to open up in store to confirm it’s not tampered. Another reliable location is Triple Cards and Collectibles. Spoke to the district manager of MTC who reports they purchase cards straight from Pokemon and do not buy from third party vendors. They can no longer do anything for me and I’ll need to contact Pokemon themselves for any further inquiries although they are the ones who sold me the box. What a deceitful business. Do not make the same mistakes I did. Better yet, save yourself the trouble and avoid packs here. I have read other reviews reporting they are aware of selling overpriced fake game cartridges which goes to show what kind of business they run. Will never shop with this company again. Never been so angry with a store before even after trying to remedy things with them.

The store wasn't crowded and had good selection. So good in fact that I went to get a few games and they were all sold out. And the staff were nice and helpful too. I suggest this place to any retro video game fans.

Called and spoke with the manager Katy or Caitlin(something like that) asked for Mortal Kombat 1,2 & 3. Which she seemed to have trouble finding. She then checked the computer and realized it shows in there inventory. HOWEVER...she said the waiting list for this game was so so incredibly long, that she would need to go down the list and call each person to see if they even still wanted the games. I asked her if she could get on that task, so that if no one wanted them I could come buy all of them. She kept repeating herself that I couldn't have them until she'd called everyone on the list, and, "that could take a while". I asked how long "a while" was, "a week? a month? a year"? She said she didn't know. After getting no help from her I finally said "nevermind this isn't helping" she said "have a nice day". My guess is they can't put their hands on the game, meaning their inventory is off, and this is there way of dealing with it. It certainly wouldn't be the first time I've had this issue with them. Very rude, very lazy, very...

Terrible customer service at this store. It’s a shame because its nice to browse the old dvds in store. Either way I came and bought a used game and returned it. No gimmicks, no funny games and rather than honoring a full refund. They invented some magic rental reduction fee on my return for returning a product that was not defective according to them ? I asked the store manager Michael if he could point out where this policy is listed on the receipt or on the return policy website and he could not do that. And refused to refund the game for the full amount even though it was pretty scratched up already and could be considered defective just by looking at the condition of the disk. My issue was thankfully resolved my bank but not through this merchant. I ended up filing a dispute and getting the matter resolved. Just a PSI for all future shoppers, if you purchase an item from this location and want to return it, make sure to say the item is defective or else they will try to hit you with those made up...
