ProFix Wireless — Attraction in Garner

*HIGH DISAPPOINTED My son and I experience at Pro Fix started off really good. I found them on TikTok we went in and spoke with a young man and we told him our issue (screen is shattered) he said cool I can have it done in 20 mins. I was so impressed I told him I will right back and I will send my son to come in and pick up the phone. My son retrieved his phone and couldn’t not get back in with the passcode (and it is the same code he uses on his game) that he has been used for the past few years. I’ve been told by previous people who said that normally when they ( phone repairs) go in fix phones the codes changes and could be different. We went the next day to speak to them about it and they said they couldn’t not help us with it, because my son put in the wrong code. I let them know that wasn’t the case at all. He knows his code and has been using the same code for years.how can you fix it. He then said the only way we can is to reset the phone (okay cool) however my son doesn’t know his password to his iCloud (his been having that iCloud email for like 8 years) My son doesn’t know it. I felt like they did something to his phone so we can return to buy another one. I mean you could have at least gave him another code at the time of repair. My son cannot use his phone now. We are going to have to go to the Apple Store for them to fix it. I really looked forward to doing business with them but this has made feel some way, like I cannot trust them. I feel like we were scammed and instead of them helping us or saying normally codes reset at the time of entering the phone for repair, I would have understood and this is what we can do to fix it, but instead he kept saying stuff I didn’t say, and saying it’s human error. I’m really disappointed in them, because I wanted to do business with them, but they messed that up instead of trying to help fixed the problem...

Su was such a huge help! I thought I had cracked my camera lens’s glass and called a competitor and they originally told me the camera glass was connected to the back glass of the phone! They wanted to charge me around $240! I was not going to pay that much and decided to just call a random other shop before getting a whole new phone. Su not only told me the truth, that it’s not connected, but he even let me work out to pay him over the phone through cashapp so he could order the part and call me when it arrived. Well I come in and turns out I had put a protector over the glass lens and totally forgot, so I didn’t need a new lens glass at all! He was so kind and professional about it all and would have refunded my money but I ended up buying something else because he would have saved me so much money. I love the other products I bought instead and I will be bringing all my business here from now on! He is the absolute best and I wish all stores had this much customer service...

Iv had my screen replaced at least 4 times in the pasted 6 mouths, I came here to pro fix and had it changed a week ago. I also had my battery replaced as well. Every other time Iv gotten my phone back After replacing the screen, there was always a problem where I couldn’t use the camera touch on the Lock Screen or the phone would just act crazy and basically work with out touching the app etc. this guy at pro fix changed my screen and battery and my phones never worked better! Also I paid $25 more to do both screen and battery then just replacing my screen at the previous stores. Phones never worked better and he was also the cheapest. I recommend him to anyone that Doesn’t want to be ripped off by the other stores. Check him out and see...
