De Plantas Food Truck — Restaurant in Garner

De Plantas Food Truck is a vegan paradise! My taste buds are still dancing from the incredible flavors we experienced there. We opted for the vegan birria tacos and vegan ramen, and let me tell you, they were out of this world!

The vegan birria tacos were a revelation. The tender, flavorful "meat" paired perfectly with the rich, savory broth, and every bite was a symphony of taste. And as for the vegan ramen, it was a bowl of pure comfort. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the broth was so flavorful, I wanted to drink it by the gallon!

Now, here's the only problem we encountered: the portion size. The vegan birria tacos were so delicious that we found ourselves craving more after devouring the first two. So, naturally, we had to go back for seconds! But hey, I'm not complaining. If anything, it's a testament to just how good the food is at De Plantas.

If you're a vegan foodie or just looking to explore plant-based options that will blow your mind, De Plantas Food Truck is a must-visit. Trust me, you won't regret it. Five stars...

Not sure if this was just an off day, but my friend and I went here on Saturday evening looking forward to it but were incredibly disappointed. We ordered 2 birria ramens and the 2 quesabirria tacos with consume. The ramen was flavorless and looked nothing like the pictures they had online. The quesabirria tacos were so thin and barely had any type of filling. They seemed to have been out of a lot of things that day, so if they were out of the ingredients to make our order, they should have just said so. We paid $36.28 + $5 tip (before we saw the food) for something so underwhelming. Pictured is just my half of the food but my friend’s looked just as bland. Changed to a Vegan/Vegetarian diet over the last 6 months and had a few friend’s recommend this food truck and I finally got the time to try it. My husband and I ordered the Quesa Birria taco’s with Consommé, Birria loaded fries, Big No Mac taco and the Taki chicken quesadilla. The food was absolutely delicious, very flavorful and fulfilling. The customer service was super friendly, taking time to answer our question’s.
