I’ve been really enjoying my visits to Sweat Houz Garwood. The facility is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax and recover.

Although my first visit didn’t meet my expectations, Joe went out of his way to listen to my feedback and fix things, which truly made a difference. His commitment to customer satisfaction has made my membership even more valuable.

Highlights of this location include spacious garage parking, private sauna rooms with SmartTVs (ideal for watching a podcast or listening to spa music), a sauna that heats up to 170°F and functions flawlessly, a clean and well-circulated cold plunge, and showers stocked with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. The restroom and beauty bar are also clean and offer plenty of space.

SWHTZ has become part of my mental health routine. From the moment you walk in, you already feel a sense of relaxation and peace. The place is very clean and always set so beautifully. The customer service is impeccable from every employee I have met along the way. You get your own personal suite. The infrared sauna has always helped me detox physically and mentally along with the cold plunge and finished with a vitamin C shower. They also give you this refreshing towel infused with eucalyptus. This is a huge part of my self care routine. My skin and hair have never looked so good. My aches and pain have gone away.
