This store can have great deals. If you are looking for it generally it is cheap here. Their tools are actually not bad and cheap enough to just rebuy if broken or lost however they are backed by warranty. I did once overhear a manager mention something about oriential trading so you may want to Google your purchase which is never a bad idea when being a smart shopper. Also staff is friendly. Selection changes often because it depends on what the purchasing person is able to get deeply discounted from other retailers (for some items). Absolutely amazing customer service! My son and I were in today and the cashier I believe his name was ZELL ? Very friendly, super respectful and can really hold a conversation! After I told him we moved here not to long ago and I work so much that I really don't know much about the town or what to do or where to do fun family things? I always shop MO when I need household or small gifts and have bought some fun stuff there. What bothers me is that the staff is always different. People don't stay long and the management always changes. When I shop Big Lots the same staff has been there at least 5 years. So what is the problem at Merchandise Outlet?
