Edelman Planetarium — Attraction in Glassboro

We've been here 3 times for a birthday party for my son and once for a scout outing. Every time we go, we are always greeted by a very nice host or hostess and a great presentation. It's a nice outing and the host always does their best to make the child feel special and to engage the whole crowd. Even my hard to keep still 5 year old was fascinated by the show and all the little extras they do for the birthday child. If you've got a science loving kid, this is definitely a wonderful place to have a nice time. I recommend sitting near the back for the best experience and going to the bathroom beforehand, especially with younger ones. I'm sure we'll be back again next year! I am here and this was a horrible experience!!! The navigation to move around the building is not intuitive there are ZERO markets once you ensure the building from the street. I parked in the handicapped spot and walked all inside with 2 families... all of us trying to find the entrance. It is not friendly to handicapped patrons. I will dispute the charges on my card and we drove here from Trenton. No staff answering the phones, no instructional signage at the building entrances is inconsiderate. It would be simple and considerate...

Not our first time seeing a Lazer light show at Rowan, but it will be the last. Normally they have the music turned up so you don't hear the people talking through the whole thing. Just went to Lazer Halloween and the volume was turned down so low, all you heard were people having full conversations through the entire show! Not just kids commenting.
