I hope that the Owner can check the cameras and see what happened today 4/10/24 at around 6:30 pm. As soon I walked into the restaurant I was stared down as if I was a peasant. There were 2 waitresses and 1 waiter. As I stood at the register they ignored me completely to the point I had to approach them by the bar area. I asked that I was there for an order and said the customer's name. They told me to check on the rack and I checked and notified them I didn't see the name, they continued to act like nobody said anything. Not too long after a Male American driver came in, and as he stood they approached him and asked if he needed anything, I was standing next to him. He said he was there as well for a customer order and they soon helped him, they went to the back and looked for his order. A bit after his order was given they continued to act like I was not there. I waited until the waiter came to drop orders on the rack and didn't even notify me that the orders were there. I approached the rack and noticed the name. I grabbed it and asked to speak to a manager and my surprise one of the waitresses was the manager. I told her and she began to say they didn't mean to but how is it a Mexican Restaurant and racially profile a Latin Person!? Make it make sense! Also, that same lady told the Driver that next time tell her before paying for his drink and apologize for making him wait, she gave free drinks to the driver while waiting And he was handed a second drink upon leaving. I am guessing only certain drivers because of the way they made me feel as if I was never there or not worthy of their service! To think they are using our culture to open places like these and how many more Latinos have been treated as if they are nothing. My voice broke down upon speaking to her because I never felt such impotence of being treated like this!

After conversing with the restaurant administrator, I came to understand the reasons behind the current system in place. The manager leads by example, and I realized that the reviews were not a result of me sending friends to post negative comments. Even if I had done so, I have a vast network of friends and acquaintances, excluding family, who could have posted such reviews. Therefore, it is highly unlikely that only six reviews would have been posted had I actually engaged in such behavior.
The administrator of the restaurant seemed to disregard my feedback and accused me of fabricating my experience, which left me feeling disappointed and unheard. It would have been nice if he had considered my perspective and offered an apology instead of being solely focused on the potential loss of business due to the upcoming event in Glassboro. I believe it would be helpful to post video surveillance of the incident and let customers share their thoughts. There were only three servers and all three thought I was already attended which was why nobody approached me or answered regarding the order when I asked. per our phone conversation hope they will keep their word of a meeting with me next week since he is out of state. He stated that the owners also agreed with him about this situation and that should I have not posted a review, they would have gone another route on this situation. Unfortunately, the conversation ended with him calling me "uneducated", I realized it didn't matter my experience but for them to avoid negative perceptions...

This is our second visit. We were greeted with a smile and ordered a Guava margarita, wow! Amazing flavor! Sweet and a bit of a kick! āThat snuck up on us haha!ā
We got some water and a basket of their homemade nacho chips and salsa(s)
Carlo, the manager welcomed us and brought out some pico de gallo! So fresh! Definitely made in house.
We ordered the Birria quesadilla which was amazing! Absolutely top with flavor and the dipping āgravy ā is to die for!
The chicken chimichanga was crisp and packed with tender chicken and topped with a pretty avocado flower.
The queso on both entrees had flavor! Some Mexican restaurants queso has no flavor!
The manager gracefully explained how they season their queso, it makes a huge difference!
Their beans have a distinct flavor you will enjoy! I need to find out how to reproduce at home lol. Definitely not plain at all!
Their chef is from southern mexico so their authenticity is really showing in this sitting.
At the end of this wonderful meal we had hot fresh churros! With some dipping sauces of lecheā Nutella, and chocolate- melt in your mouth!
What a memorable experience! We definitely come back!

Meh!
Pricy for a Mexican restaurant that really does not feel Mexican.
First- they delivered our food 10 min apart, so we sat there and watched while our other party ate their very bland looking $14 vegetarian nachos.
Hardly any cheese, didnāt look hot at all.
When we got our pork tacos āEl Pastorā wasnāt even close.
Warm food, ground beef (not pork chunks) with a wedge of raw pineapple (not grilled) with bland āspanish riceā and bland ābeansā
Definitely not worth it.
Will not be back...

Our food was very good. My margarita was not what I expected, but I drank it anyway. The atmosphere was fun. Here is where I have an issue. I was not sure what the roles of the staff were. I witnessed the servers making drinks, or trying too. I observed, who I assumed was the lead bartender, answer phones and cleaning tables. I understand that these tasks can be shared among every one, and helping your fellow staff is always great. However, I was unsure why, when wiping off a table after patrons have left, the food was wiped onto the floor and not immediately swept up, considering there were still people in the restaurants eating. I would have liked to see that food, go into a rag, or a bus bucket. This, I could over look, however, what I saw next, I feel is absolutely unacceptable. One employee brought out a large black trash can, that was on wheels, THROUGH THE RESTAURANT while people were eating, over to an empty table, opened it up and dumped trash from the table into it. The people who were cleaning the table, left the trash can there, for a moment to go do something else. Once they came back, they rolled the trashcan through the restaurant again. And finally, while I can not be 100% sure, I am not aware of any handwashing by the employees that were cleaning off tables, handling trash cans, then food an drinks.
