Went here to see Kenny Wayne Shepherd. This was the first concert I'd been to here. It's a nice venue and the seats were comfortable. But, I went to the bar alone to buy a round of drinks and they will sell you more than two but they won't let you carry more than two. So I had to text my buddy to come get the third one. I guess too many people spill on their nice carpet if they try carrying too many. That was annoying. We ate at The Willows buffet and the crab legs were fantastic. The coconut shrimp was also good. The fried catfish was on the salty side. The large circular bar in the middle is cool, they were busy and there were only two bartenders working so getting a drink took 10 minutes, very annoying. You would think they would be able to handle busy crowds more efficiently. Also, every cocktail is metered with a gun, so forget about getting a decent drink if you tip the bartender. They allow smoking in the casino but it didn't bother me so they must have good air filtration. The slots didn't pay squat! I blasted through $160 in about 20 minutes! I'll go back to see shows, but forget about gambling here it's just a waste. One would think you'd get more than 20 minutes of fun for $160. Having said all that, every one from the waiters and bartenders were super friendly.

I had so much fun at Riverwind tonight! The first machine I put $20 into I hit for $150. My fiancé decided to try the machine next to me and he hit for around $140. Then after spending another $60 I hit for another $120 and my fiance hit for another $153! All in all we had a lot of fun. They have a huge selection of slots to choose from, and although the tables were pretty full we could have found one or two to play at should we have wanted to do that. I also liked how there was at least 1 place still open to eat at when we were done at around 130am ( Burger King). There are a lot of restrooms all around so you don't have to look far when ya gotta go. The ONLY thing I didn't like is that we had such a hard time trying to find even ONE cashier so we could get our change that we ended up just leaving it behind after a good 10 minutes of walking around and looking. But Other than that we had A-blast. We were also able to park pretty close to the entrance so all in all I would say this casino should be a definite go to if you are in the mood to play. Two thumbs up from me!

Today i had the worst experience in this casino i ever had experienced,i been playing all around states but something like this never happen..I was passing by and stop to try mu luck i went to the roulette and i buy in for 200$ they give me 40 chips 5$ each so i start playing and i was putting 15-20-25$ on number so i hit a number on 20$ and they pay me 700$ and nobody says anything so i continued playing i kept putting 15$/20$/30$ on number so i hit a 15$ bet on number 2 and the girl that was working there she said i cannot pay you 15$ on number when she said that first i thought she was joking i got so confused so we invited the manager who is responsible for the roulette she came and she said we cannot pay you more than 10$ on number she said max betting is 10$ on number i told her how is this possible that the hand before they pay me on 20$ number and she start to be so annoying and arrogant she says you will need to give back the 350$ that i win from the last hand she say last hand we pay you but we cannot pay you anymore more than 10$ on number i told her why the girl who spinning the roulette doesn’t remind me that max i can play is 10$ on number or why she doesn’t say that after i win 20$ on number why nobody remind me that 10$ is max bet on number when they been seeing that im putting 20/30$ on number i didn’t know that max is 10$ on number there was a sign on the table that says min 5$ max 500$ so i thought you can put as much as you get to 500$ hand and she was like she made a mistake didn’t you making mistakes on your work? she said that to me i said that here’s not my fault at all all i want is to be paid for my win and she said no we not gonna pay you i say okay then i want to talk with someone who is up you she say i’m the one you can talk to me ??? Seriously?? how sad so she doesn’t pay my winning at full she only pays me 350 she was supposed to pay me 525 she cut me off 175 with response that her worker make mistake she say we can pay you 350 and you cannot continue to play so she pays me only 350 and i left the table she cut me off 175$ on my winnings this is so ridiculous and unfair i’m never ever going back again

It was pricey for the quality and options for food. 32.99 per person, and there were some seafood, chicken, side items like sweet potatoes, salad bar, baked potato bar, and of course desserts. My man is from Mississippi and he is used to seafood being prepared properly. He got some of the crab legs, and it was disappointing to see that they were cold. Crab legs are easier to break the shell and remove the meat if they are hot. Nothing was labeled. I thought I got some fried catfish, and it turned out it was fried gator meat. It wasn't too bad, but it would have been nice to see some labels. They had some sort of beef they were slicing and serving, and it looked like overcooked dog food. I had some fried chicken, and it was actually pretty good, but I was sad to see there weren't any good sides to go with it. They had old Mac n cheese and steamed green beans. No mashed potatoes or anything. I had some green beans, and they were cold. I used to be a health inspector, and it concerned me that a lot of these items were out of temperature. I'm not sure if they were going off of time for their control or what, but I was worried they didn't switch out the items out of temp before the 4 hour mark. The desserts were ok. I had a lemon bar, and that was actually the best thing I had. The pecan pie was nothing but corn syrup and sugar. Barely any pecans. And then I had this oreo ice cream cake which was really good but it was definitely store bought. They have all this professional cooking equipment, and they dont even use it. They could definitely do way better. If ya'll ever go down to the coast in Mississippi, I highly recommend going to the Beau Riviage for their buffet. It's roughly the same price or cheaper, and you get so many food options. And everything is made FRESH in their kitchen.

Small local casino with an equally small hotel attached, in a cornfield next to a highway. Typical casino, nothing special or horrible about it. You give them money and you leave. Small food court with major fast food chains, and one sit-down restaurant with decent and GENEROUS portions. The buffet is only open for limited days of the week, so I didn't try it. The hotel side is also your normal hotel. They offer coffee and juice in the lobby, but that is about it besides a vending machine or two. They do not have a pool, or fitness center, but the business center has a PC and printer. Parking is ample and the service was average. The room was nice with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and TV. The view is either the cornfield or Mcdonald's and marshy area in the distance. Now cleanliness is another thing. The refrigerator was visibly dirty, and the bottom two shelves were sticky to the point that I just left my items there when I left. The shower curtain didn't reach the tub, so water soaked the floor every time I used it. The shower drain was "stuck", but with a little effort it, along with a ton of hair came right up!

Points for being one of the cleanest casinos in Central Oklahoma, the air circulation equipment keeps away the stale smoke smell. The casino layout is well designed, and they have a good mix of the latest machines. Now the downside, by far the TIGHTEST machine payouts of ANY casino in Oklahoma, its not uncommon to blow through $300 in 30 minutes without a single win (at a midrange $3 bet). I've been playing at this casino since it first opened in 2005 and have NEVER won a large jackpot, I consider myself lucky if I can continue even playing for a few hours. The table games are operated very unprofessionally as compared to Vegas or even the Hard Rock in Tulsa; the dealer's uniforms are often wrinkled, shirts not tucked in, and they often drop cards while dealing. The dealers appear to have very little training in table etiquette or professionalism. The barking continual announcements over the PA system by customer service are loud and annoying, and while casinos are noisy places the continually announcements give the casino floor the audible feel of being in O'Hare IAP at rush hour.
