I normally donāt leave reviews but my bad experience at the grand haven levels was worth sharing, at the start it was business as usual, Iāve been in and out dozens of times fairly quickly, but this time took me by surprise. When I got in the music was pretty loud, no one could hear what the associates would tell us about deals, weād all ask them to repeat it in the waiting lobby, all of us kept saying what what what more than anything else, very noticeable difference in volume today. After waiting for 20 minutes in the unfortunately loud music, I was finally allowed to go in the back at which point I was told I canāt have a backpack in the store, which at that point I was confused because Iāve came and gone with my backpack dozens of times before with zero issues, not to mention the fact that I was sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes when at least 3 associates saw me and my backpack, are women not allowed to have purses in the store as well? This whole experience truly was a time loss that I wonāt get back and I hope Iām allowed back in with my backpack in the future, I feel like there might be sexism going on or absolutely zero communication between people. Iād like to come back with my backpack and buy my things and leave like any normal human next time please
Edit, I have just gone in there without my backpack on, and they said I have to take my jacket off for security purposes. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR BUSINESS?? DO YOU HAYW PEOPLE WITH WINTER GEAR? No jacket no backpacks. Sounds to me like you think all men who arenāt in street clothes are gonna...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe young, curly-dark-haired girl that took care of me literally said to me that I was aggressive after I told her that I wanted to get out of there quickly because it was the anniversary of my sonās death and I really didnāt wanna be in there right at that moment and I just needed help getting a pre-roll. She wanted to sell me a pre-roll for $15 or $20 or $25 and when I asked to see something that was cheaper and asked about the deals, she proceeded to condescendingly say to me that I had only asked for one pre-roll. I commented that I had been to several dispos where you could get multiples for like $10. Or multiples for $15 or $20. She said to me that I was being aggressive! Then she told me that the other bud tender could take care of me. At that point, I just wanted out of there and I literally spent $10 on one pre-roll. She was rude, narcissistic (because she turned the whole thing around to be about herself and thatās what narcissists do) and she was not pleasant to work with at all. I have never experienced someone be so crudely mean to me while Iām grieving. I hope that the Levels Cannabis company looks at the video to see what happened & can teach her some customer service. And may you never have to experience the death of your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI got all signed up and downloaded the app from which you cannot even order so I'm not sure what the point of it is and if you can I can't find it. The actual website is unintuitive and not user friendly at all. For example every time you click on something and back up it takes you all the way back up to the top of the page where you will be starting over. There is no information about the cannabinoid content or terpene content of any of their products. This will only disappoint and experienced user and confuse a new one, all in an attempt to pass off the stuff that won't sell because of bad numbers. That's how capitalism works guys. The weaker stuff dies as it should. They don't even indicate whether or not it's indica, sativa or hybrid. I will avoid this place until they change all of this. None of their competitors are this devoid of any basic information about what you're going to be purchasing and consuming. They seem to only be interested in not getting stuck with crap that won't sell rather than servicing the customer to the fullest possible extent. I hope this changes. Very...
