I would never purchase a dress here again. When I originally went for my appointment, the attendant (who I assume is the owner) was rude the entire time. She talked down to everyone in my group including myself. Argued with me when I stated I simply didn’t like a gown she had pulled. She made my entire group uncomfortable and everyone made comments about how unpleasant she was. Because of the price of the dress and finding one I genuinely liked, I went ahead with the purchase against how I felt about supporting this “local business”. I only put $200 down on the dress in case I was able to find one else where and spend my money where I would be treated better. Unfortunately I was unable to do so, so I completed the sale.
Upon checking google for hours, it stated they were open on Sunday’s from 12-5 so I drove the hour from my house to pick up my gown. When I arrived I dealt with the same very unpleasant woman. I explained that I checked google and that I live an hour away and asked that I be able to pick up my dress since she was already on the floor. She obliged but continued to feel comfortable talking down to me the entire time. When I explained the confusion I had with the hours online and apologized for the inconvenience AND thanked her for allowing me to get my dress she said “yeah ya know google doesn’t let me put that we are open ONLY for prom shopping on Sundays” as if that was what I was insinuating. Then after a few more jabby remarks from her, she finally handed me my dress. She ended the interaction with “you’ll just exit at the doors to the left. Ya know, where my sign is posted that we ONLY DO PROM SHOPPING ON SUNDAYS.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I’d give it 0...
Read moreWe just went there today and we felt completely uncomfortable. Our appointment was at 1:00, we got there at 12:50, we were showed the front room to look at dresses. We grabbed a few and by the 4th dress, we felt as if we annoyed the gal helping us with her snood comments and hand gestures! The sighs under her breath or the sweep away motion of the hand after our Bride told her she wasn’t liking the dress was completely inappropriate. It was the most awkward experience and our bride left in tears. She kept reminding our Bride of “time,” and told her “it would be a waste of time to try on a bunch of dresses” when in fact we left 10 min before the expiration of our appointment! We had to ask to see the back room of dresses because that wasn’t shown to us, as if we couldn’t afford a dress from back there. The only reason we knew there was another room of dresses is because a friend of ours went to the bathroom! We were extremely disappointed with our...
Read moreI went in a couple different times this past week looking for my perfect wedding dress. The first time I went in, the two associates working were very helpful as I tried on several dresses. I ended up falling in love with 2 different dresses. I had 2 other dress shops I had appointments with later in the week. I went to one of the appointments and still had the dresses from Olive and Grace on my mind. So, I canceled my appointment with the third dress shop and immediately called Olive and Grace to see when I could come back. They were able to get me in right away so I could try on the two dresses I fell in love with earlier that week, plus one more dress that had caught my eye. I made the final decision and I absolutely love my dress!! Everyone there made the process so easy. I am so glad I bought my dress from Olive and Grace! I...
