Came in to get my marriage rings fixed with my mom. Owner was rude and didn't work with us at all. All we wanted was to get my ring and my husbands ring fixed because they had a big gap as if they were missing a stone. We saw the rings before we bought them and they weren't like that. We purchased them only because we needed them. The owner really asked me "are you guys happy now that you're married." in a sarcastic and mean way. He then proceeded to ask what we wanted to fix and we said "the gaps and if not we'd like our money back". He then told his worker Maria to refund us the money and then he told her to tell us he couldn't because it was under my husband name and that he had to be in the store with his ID. Started to talk to her in English as if I didn't understand. I have the whole conversation recorded for proof of how rude they were. When we bought the rings, they told us we could come back and get them fixed and then we went back and said they couldn’t help us. Are used to shop here a lot but honestly after this, I don’t think I’ll be going back anymore. You do not treat your customers this way. Very unprofessional. We asked him a question before leaving and all he did was laugh as if the question was a joke and said God bless...

Recently took my son’s gold chain he received as a gift for his baptism years ago and had broken. Eliseo repaired it and it broke again while my son was just wearing it, Eliseo repaired it again and also fixed the hook to the chain since that was not working properly. It’s safe to say he saved my son’s chain at a reasonable price which I’m so happy...

Terrible service! If I could give zero stars I would that's how horrible our experience has been with them! The owner came out to "help us" after customer service couldn't but was so rude and sarcastic when "helping". Asking rude questions and such. Then would not issue a refund as my husband was not there. I will not be shopping...
