Great selection of Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Vietnamese food ingredients. Brand names mentioned in Cook books for Asian food are throughout the store with more obscure brands for seasoned Asian culinary adventurers. I go here for most of the ingredients I need for my kid's Dosirak lunches (Korean packed lunch, like bento) and for delicious snacks. They have a very small fresh selection and loads of sushi grade frozen seafood. I'm part Korean so don't usually eat raw seafood, but I've cooked with their seafood selection and it's very good and fresh. The kimchee is good although mild so really accessible for those exploring newer tastes. The owners are wonderful people and the store is always clean and lovingly cared for. Another great bonus, Korean homes know soy sauce and sesame oil are a MUST as they serve as the base for almost all dishes and sauces...this store has affordable large containers of these key ingredients! They also sell miren sweet rice sauce which when added to rice before cooking can make it perfect for sushi or a lunch white rice that won't be fried. Delicious and a great selection! This store is a MUST visit store in...

Be it a rice seasoning, new tea, candy etc. And they are just so nice and helpful. If I can't find something they'll help, or if it isn't stocked let me know when they might expect it. Or if I grabbed something for a recipe and only need a small amount but grabbed a big container, direct me to the same item but less expensive so I didn't end up with a huge jar of dashi when all I...
