The Badgett Playhouse — Attraction in Grand Rivers

Just experienced the murder mystery show. I want to be clear. I love the actors and staff! They are amazing, however, there is much room for improvement with this particular show. Length of time between salad and dinner was way too long. We were told to sit and drinks would be served. Never happened. Our entire table had to get our own drinks and that irritated the servers at the front of the building. @ 1 hour later got dinner. It was okay, nothing special. Could not enjoy the show as our backs were to the actors as they did not perform on stage. Not enough room to turn chairs around, gave up on watching. End of night we were served cheese cake which was 100% frozen solid. Nearly every dessert was still on table when we left as it could not be eaten. Have always loved the concerts but would not attend another dinner show. ...

Read this post to end. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SEATING! BOOKED ONLINE AND IT SHOWED TABLE 8 AS A ROUND TABLE WITH LIKE 6 OR 8 AT THE TABLE. WHEN WE ARRIVED WE WERE SEATED AT A LONG CROWED TABLE THAT HAD SEATS SO CLOSE WHEN WE SAT OUR ARMS WERE PINCHED. You could not get out to go to restrooms without everyone getting up! WE GOT OUR DRINK DRANK A FEW DRINKS AND WENT TO GET OUR FOOD. When we got back to our seats they had moved our drinks (mixing them). Then moved us again°°!!! We did not get the seats booked and were actually moved after they seated us in the long uncomfortable tables. The food was good and the show was okay but hard not to be very aggravated by the seating and there was another couple upset they had booked the round table..... NOT WHAT THEY...

I can't say enough about the WONDERFUL shows this group of extremely talented folks can put on. We are locals, and thought this is just a tourist thing. IT iS NOT !!! It is EXTREMELY entertaining. Fast paced. NOTHING boring about this. Terry Mike Jeffrey is OUTSTANDING. We are extremely lucky to have this so close to home. GO check them out, I don't think they will disappoint !this is STILL an outstanding place. Just went back for the Neil Diamond show. Not sure if anyone can do a better show than Terry...
